Check List for 2014-15

Here is a checklist of things needing to be done in 2014-15

1.  Make Board 7 Members (2 new member's full time residents)
Separate Election From Jan 2015 Election

2. Use FULL TIME Residents on committees here, Cant see what going on if only here part time.Landscape , Tree's grounds etc..
(Exception Finance Committee)

3. Get the property up to date, Painting, Tree trimming, parking lot sealed and other cosmetic that is overdue here, Pool umbrellas are need of HELP

4. Get Office on track ( Phones answered,Walking grounds weekly to check patios and other infractions,Remembering you work for the residents..Kindness is contagious

5. Vote Out Brian Mcbride from our Board.His term runs out in Jan 2015...(Non Resident as Board President ?or Board Member )  This is a real sham..
Non resident means he does not live here period !!

6. A pool heating plan fair to all (All pools should be heated Same amount of time) We all pay the same HOA Fees...Start showing some equality here, Full time residents deserve the same as Winter Guests..............Same heating schedule for all pools...PERIOD

7. Reserve Budget increased

8. More Private resident meetings to discuss issues and save time at Board meetings..Sometimes that 3 minutes just isn't enough huh ??

9.Updated notification system here  (Data base, Email,s and letters to all residents)

10. Discussion of a Guard at Entrance Gate/ adding to our Security Staff.......(Would reduce unknown cars on property, thefts etc)  Maybe bid the cleaning job here  ..And use the savings for a guard
