getting done, The sad part was the amount of pine needles taken from roofs so far, This was another result of our old board not keeping up with property here, Yes that would include Janet and Brian., Burchmore and Izzy
. So many overdue jobs that are finally getting attention here. There are some good projects being planned here by some of the new board members, But we must not forget that many of these jobs were left unattended for too long, This was a result of poor board leadership over the last 5 years here.
Most of the waste is gone now.We have rid ourselves of Burchmore, Janet , Izzy and Just have Brian Mcbride to be removed here so that all remaining remnants of useless are gone..This is just an honest appraisal of things from the past..We will move forward.......
.It seems to be a good trend here on Anasazi Talk.We pushed for Izzy's to resign, also were the move to remove Robert Burchmore after he missed 4 meetings in a row, and then the BIG push to remove JANET This past year, Now we only have one more stepping stone and that is the removal of Non Resident Board president Brian Mcbride...We also were the supporters of both Paul Jensen and Bob Peshek both were elected..We are batting 1000...
And the reason is many have agreed on the things that have happened here in the past 2 terms has been hogwash...But now many have seen the changes that are occurring in a positive light.
But don't be fooled that all of a sudden Brian Mcbride is pushing for things after sitting on his hands the last 6 years..Many of these overdue projects were on his and Janets watch..He knows a majority of residents want him off board and this is his election year..Just like all politicians you only here from them before an election
LET THIS BE HIS LAST...Residents Only in 2015
Remove Brian Mcbride so we may move forward..and rid ourselves of the bad past
