Received this email on Tuesday from a resident

to me

hello, It is my understanding that wayne is going to school to learn about mechanics here. my question is why was he not certified in mechanics that were needed here. This is something that should have been asked at time of hiring anyone to this property.I also am wondering if we are paying for this schooling or the management company.I believe the residents should be informed of these expenditures of our assessment dollars.Have any of residents emailed about this subject?

First thank you for the email and as to your questions,

We have learned that yes Wayne is taking some classes to better learn the older boiler systems and such here. Also that Pete has been getting certified in areas here including electricity along with Mario, Also ALL Employees had to do a customer class on how to talk to people appropriately...Customer service here does need help

This is a good thing as the knowledge may prove to be fruitful in the future with better understanding of how things work here, You must remember these buildings are over 30 years old and need some TLC at times.

As far as who is paying for all this training is unclear at this time, But would agree that AAM should foot the bill to make sure their employees are up to certain standards.

May be a good question for Board meeting..

But overall it is a good move ..
but bill should not be residents responsibility
