Build 15


Duck Saga

The duck saga continues, as you know the ducks have been visiting pool 3 for the last 12 years that we know of. They come for a couple months have some babies and leave.
Every year we have a couple snowbirds to decide they don't like the Ducks.

This year it's two guys from building 2, the last couple days these 300-pound men have been standing on the deck running and waving towels and chasing the Ducks away. That in itself is a site.

Now I see they are looking in the bushes for the eggs of the Ducks.. disturbing these eggs is a felony and we will be videoing you if you disturb them and have you deal with the authorities

If you know them, let them know we are watching.

Please snowbirds enjoy your visit here but quit trying to change things....

****Many people do not know that the Migratory Bird Treaty Act makes it illegal to disturb the nest any native bird without a permit****

Landscapers

One of the few positives around here. This new landscape company does a great job after we were riddled with that bad company that was suggested by the board member Mickey Latz who never lived here. Trimming all the underneath of the bushes that were long overdue. Looks good!

Pool 3 Jacuzzi Winterized ? Lol

Avoid pool 3 jacuzzi, it is murky and dirty. See too many winter visitors coming from the golf course all sweaty getting undressed and going into jacuzzi. Folks this is a Jacuzzi not a bathtub

It seems the folks at Pool 5 have a Pooch at Pool week and it started this week ?

These are the same pool 5 group who has been admonished on many occasions this winter for glass in pool and threat of shutting pool 5 down



And you wonder why full timers have sick stomachs when the Snow pigeons arrive and the divide here grows !

Time for the Office to walk grounds and see whats going on under its noses?

Almost time to pack up "The Trucks" lol and head home.......Winter is Over

Should we have been told about the $65.00 Batteries??


FIRE HORN DEVICE BATTERIES   ?????

The battery in the fire horn device will keep the device working should the power go off temporarily in your unit due to a power outage.Please be aware that replacement of the back-up battery in the fire horn devices that are installed in each bedroom is the homeowner's responsibility. The Anasazi staff does not replace the batteries.

The Association can purchase the batteries from Sierra Fire at the cost of $65.00 each. Please contact the management office if your battery needs to be replaced and we will order if for you.

No Elevator 16 hours and counting

Yesterday afternoon my wife went and inform Wayne that the elevator and building 5 was out. He said that's the best because we have 24-hour service and started to dial them. 18 hours later still no elevator in building 5. Many residents are unable to use the stairs.

UPDATE : The elevator is back working as of noon today......

Naked Canadians lol

Last week on Friends of Anasazi Facebook page we posted a video of a couple who continue to get undressed naked at pool 3. Yesterday they were filmed again. We broadcast live from pool 3 on a regular basis . Want to  to see the shenanigans the board is looking the other way at? Just go to friends of Anasazi Facebook page and watch the live videos. They say you have to have a picture here to make proof ...we have live videos.. and will continue to video live all Shenanigans at pool 3. Maybe other residents start the same from their patio?

Wayne Yurk read aloud the Manager’s Report to the Board and homeowners present and
discussed the recent completed projects, ongoing tasks, and community updates and
reminders. Glass bottles were found at pool 5 again, which brings that pool to its’ final warning
before getting shut down.

SMOKE THIS !

All of a sudden we have winter visitors asking for a way for smokers to stop smoking on their patios?????
This will never happen..Quit crying and GO HOME....

There is NO WAY you can impose this..To the cry babies ...Kiss My Smoky Ass To Mike .. ALSO KNOWN AS "The Migraines" ..in Bldg 15 ...

Maybe worry about the Drunk people causing problems in 15 and quit worrying about BS ..You have more police presence in 15 than any other building.....Or BUY a House if you want privacy

to Patti in #16.....Maybe talk with smoking neighbor and or get a fan

Does this mean we outlaw alcohol on patios for all the drunks talking loud at night also ??

- Mike Migraine Headache in Bldg 15: Issue he would like the board to revisit is smoking on balconies. Would like the
board to review what can be done. Faye Roberts asked Wayne Yurk to look into this further.

Faye Roberts made a motion to have Wayne Yurk talk to the attorney to see if something
can be done to stop smoking on the balconies (includes attorney fees). Yvonne Hogan
seconded the motion. Motion passed 5 to 1.

Buff Bldg 6: Stated patios belong to the unit owner, how can you tell someone they cannot
smoke on their own patio. Board advised that is why Wayne will reach out to the attorney to
find out more.

Patty Bldg 16: Has asthma and is it a bummer to have this smoking on the patio issue.

- Michael Latz made a motion to have Wayne Yurk get a verbal opinion from the attorney and
avoid any attorney fees being charged. The motion was seconded by Faye Roberts. All in
favor. Motion passed unanimously.

The Good Snowbirds

The ducks have returned to Anasazi
For the last 15 years these ducks come to pool 3 every year lay their eggs.. we all watch the little duckies around before they leave for the summer.

A couple years ago we had some Canadians who were trying to hit them with sticks and shoot them off. That is no longer a problem

Welcome ducks we have been enjoying your presence for 15 years

More Scandal

Something very interesting you should all read!! Received some mail yesterday and I get many letters from residents...Also many residents received this same letter!

Many were asking what happened with Marta Vega this looks like it may answer at all
Seems this resident or winter resident  who owns 3 units here has a alleged  history of abusing women...??

This kind of thing happens always around election... when the board was worried about me winning the year I lost by 13 contested votes LOL they sent out letters to the residence trying to condemn me.

Now you have Marta Vega who is the only board member that walks and drives this property regularly and acts like a board member insulted at a board meeting that should have never been insulting.

This should be an indication of how bad these people want to stay on the board so they can keep manipulating things here.

Let the election go and then it's time to start removing them one at a time. We have all been gathering information the last year... In the springtime, Anasazi going to wake up a lot of eyes.......

Just looking for 1 or 2 people per building that know what rental units are constantly changing so we can make sure they are registered with the state properly.

A group is forming to start the task of identifying rentals and checking their status ..all those not in compliance will be reported to IRS

WTF

New Winter residents ..build 5 #107

Just when you think it can't get any worse.. sitting on my patio this morning and this about 75 year old couple decide it's okay to get naked and change into their clothes poolside???.. now I could have taken the picture with the lady uncovered.. let's say both our dignities we're saved 😂.....

First she does it and he is yelling at her to make sure she's covered even though she isn't, then he drops his drawers next to the bush for the world to see.

Same couple having a knock-down drag-out War yesterday and other neighbors had to go knock on their door.

Is it friggin April yet so they go home

Owners vs Renters/Visitors

Another Sunday afternoon of renter's, kids jumping all over the chairs, broke three recliner chairs at the pool yesterday. Which is why I keep saying that owners should have different rights than renters or winter visitors. If you don't own here you don't take care of things like they're your own. We have people that come here and rent for 3 months and have more of a voice as stated before then owners. They wonder why there is such a divide here between full-time renters and snowbirds. And the Divide gets bigger every year... Watch for a future post this week on discussion to solve this issue

Storage lot ?

This car has been parked outside building 5 for over 2 months, the owner doesn't live in our building and many residents are tired of seeing this covered car outside our front windows every day.

 This car is from building 14- 15 it should be parked over there... Hoping this note stir some action otherwise there are 9 of us ready to sign a paper to bring to your office from building 5 alone. 

Bad enough we have to look at the rental truck outside the window all weekend. When did building 5 become the dump off Zone.... You're looking into this matter will be appreciated.Michael build 5

Good morning,

Any vehicle that is in an “open” spot is not against the Anasazi rules. The rules don’t require them to only park in front of  a certain building.  The Anasazi rules do say the vehicle cannot be abandoned flat tires etc. At this time, the car does not violate the Anasazi Rules set forth.  However, the moving van was in violation and noted.

How do they walk the grounds when they live out of state or out of Country...Lol 


SECURITY DOORS AND SUN SHADE 

The governing documents that you received when you purchased your unit at Anasazi clearly state that any exterior change to your unit be approved by the board of directors. This means putting up sunshades or installing security or screen doors on your patio or front door require approval.

Over the past several years, owners have installed these items without notice to the board or management office. At the board meeting held last week, a full discussion took place about screen and shade colors that will be allowed and which won’t be allowed.

From here forward, the board and management will together walk the complex and note and log every security, screen and sunshade installed and cross-reference it with the approved requests on file at the office. If you have not requested the approval of this board or a prior board, you will receive a notice and form to complete with a deadline to return said form.

Ignoring the notice will result in receiving a violation letter and being put into the violation process. The goal in all of this work is to maintain the property in a manner which keeps up our property values and follow the CC&Rs which every owner received when they purchased their unit. The
