Poor Planning Again ?

Bad planning?  You think maybe the board would have been a little bit smarter when doing the painting project and started on the snowbirds side before they all got here and jammed up the whole parking lot with cars. Would it make sense to do those buildings first and move your way back. But our board has no sense also so much for the new grass and not walking on it
