More Canadian Renter Problems Here

Building 5 Unit 303 ...Has had 4 different renters in 4 weeks

1 -couple.. 5 days, 

1- couple ..The weekend  

2 others for 7 days...

This needs to stop and all full timers need to START REPORTING ..These are more owners from Canada..

Gates open all weekend for anyone to enter property and security guards still driving with girls on cart

Rosalie Signorelli Ciardullo I have been fairly incapacitated since before Thanksgiving but the office will hear from me loudly and clearly as soon as I can get myself over there! Before hopefully the board is "unsucked" the office staff will do something about the lousy situation regarding renters!

Anasazitalk talk: Sadly the office has its hands tied on short-term renters. There are many right now in buildings 12 14 and 15

 but all the winter visitors stick together. I need the need the full-timers in those buildings to watch I know for a fact there are many 2-week renters there. 

This responsibility falls on the board and they don't want to do anything to the winter visitors because they are the vote to vote them in this year. I
t's a scam the winter visitors make money as they use and ruin our property. 

We have 125 lb dog in building 15. 80 lb dog in building 2, and 2 -70 lb dogs and building 5... The rules say 20 lb limit. You going to tell me that none of these board members ever see these dogs.
