Just looking for 1 or 2 people per building that know what rental units are constantly changing so we can make sure they are registered with the state properly.
A group is forming to start the task of identifying rentals and checking their status ..all those not in compliance will be reported to IRS

Did you know that all rental properties must be registered with the county? You can check the status at https://mcassessor.maricopa.gov/. If the unit isn't registered, my guess would be that the owners aren't paying taxes either. Sometimes the IRS can be useful in dislodging problem tenants
