NO COMMUNICATION
Wayne I have called your office 4 times in the last few weeks and also my wife has called about an issue and still no return call.Many are worried that if it was an emergency and no one ever answers
Lets get this straight, whether you don't care for me or do not like that I write blog is no excuse to not get the same answers that all residents who live here should get. Bottom line you work for the Residents and never return a phone call to your office, $306 a month is for amenities and a call back should not be an amenity
We have started to document these things and have asked a number of residents to keep track also of the unanswered calls that go to the office, We have never had a problem in past management with getting a call back,
But your office seems to lack in this area very much. After we document we may file a formal complaint with AAM FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED PROPERLY.
We the full time residents will start keeping track of phone calls and emails not answered here and possibly seek action, This may conflict with AAM contract here and may be a viable reason to remove you or AAM from our community..Our BOARD may not agree but if enough residents express the same regrets ...ACTION WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN..
THE OTHER DAY YOU GAVE A VENDOR MY NAME ,FIRST AND LAST !! THIS IS WHY WE HAVE PRIVACY ACTS HERE AND PARKING SPACES ARE CODED,,,
This was a huge mistake on your part and am looking into this violation.
THIS IS A SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH.....That even our Board will agree was a misstep
We residents expect a return call within a reasonable amount of time and you need to start acting on this ...The full time residents are working together this summer to get OUR community on track..We dont only exercise this during winter months..with Winter Residents ..We are full time home owners here and should receive the proper treatment.. You have violated many things that will come to a head eventually.
