First of all, I apologize that you were not able to reach us by phone. If we are speaking with a resident in the office we may not be able to answer the phone, or if both phone lines are busy an incoming call will be forwarded to our voice mail. Should you call and get voice mail, please leave a message and we will get back to you promptly, we frequently check voice mail messages throughout the day.
In response to your claim that the deck at pool #3 has not been cleaned in at least 12 days; the deck was washed on Wednesday, May 14th, Wednesday, May 21st, and this morning, Friday, May 30th by the pool cleaning company. Management and the maintenance staff consistently monitor the cleanliness and condition of the pools and spas to ensure they are kept in a safe and clean condition. We will continue to make every effort to maintain a clean and safe environment at all of the pool areas.
As always, we appreciate residents reporting any issues or problems in the common areas to the management office so we are able to correct the issue or problem as quickly as possible.

Hello Wayne and I thank you for the reply, But I have kept a record of days pool deck was cleaned..
.It was done May 8th and then not again till May 20 and then again today which is 5/30,...Which left it a messed for Memorial day weekend,
And today again after it was washed the giant mud puddle was left again,
This is the issue everyone that goes to Jacuzzi track it up, I sent you a picture this morning in email showing this problem after you went out and took your picture of pool....
I tried to get your attention but to no avail.

Hoping this will be a weekly Friday wash as explained by Paul Jensen in Letter to me,Not Monday on 1 week and Thurs the next week,,,,It should be done on Friday to insure pool is in use able shape for Weekend Use....Pic of mud attached ...
