New By Laws ??

As you know Brian Mcbride pushed through a new batch of By Laws in December, Just before elections and many of you... sorry to say just sign and don't read, And we did Say he PUSHED THE VOTE  that  evening, ........ Look at meetings minutes , One of our new Board members even challenged him that night to hold off vote. One was to keep certain of us off Board........Old News !

But this paragraph I think is of interest to all of us See section 4.4

WITHOUT CAUSE....YES WITH OUT CAUSE !!!

So what kind of Election Process do we have here ??   If they Don't like you you cant run for office 

If you get Elected and they don't like you , they can remove you

This is how Brian Mcbride Operates ...His Removal this year is without doubt ....his term expires this January and he needs to follow Janet..............Non Resident Board President ??  this could only happen here.

We just added new lettuce to the old lettuce and thought it would be fresh..Old Board members need to be replaced .Full time residents filling out the board of 7 ........Until then no major steps here will ever happen ..Same old song and dance...

MEETING MINUTES FROM Board of Director’s Special Session Meeting Minutes Thursday, December 5, 2013

 Brian stated that another amendment can be voted on in the future but the current amendments are being voted on today. 

Paul Jensen stated again that the amendment cannot pass until the quorum qualification is clearly defined. 

 Brian stated that due diligence has been done and legal opinion has been sought.
