Update ??? or Another B S Story ??

This was posted today 9/1/2015 on Condo Web sight .. Not sure, Thought we had to call and reset up...Hopeing this is finally the real story ??

Except it is not correct, nothing transfers!  

We just got off line with Dish and the Prices are HIGHER than new media west and We have to call and set up...ALSO Internet is a different company

Also many residents I spoke with were without Cable Tuesday

DISH ALSO Said our monies from New Media West DOES NOT TRANSFER and we had to put a stop on credit card for New Media West

WHY PUBLISH THESE UPDATES IF THEY ARE INCORRECT.

.DOES ANYBODY ON THIS  BOARD REALLY KNOW WHATS GOING ON..

OR IS THIS MORE OF THE SAME BULLS**T

EVERYTHING PUBLISHED BELOW IS Not Factual Again

I HAVE DECIDED PERSONALLY SEEK LEGAL ADVICE

WE HAVE NO ONE ON BOARD HERE FOR THE SUMMER THAT HAS ANY CLUE

UPDATE ON DISH NETWORK TV AND INTERNET SERVICE
NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS THAT HAD NEW MEDIA WEST AS A TV AND/OR INTERNET PROVIDER
Dish Network has taken over all New Media West customers, all account information has been transferred over to Dish Network.  If you have only TV service, you do not need to do anything, your channels and service will remain the same, your billing has not changed - the next invoice you receive will be from Dish Network instead of New Media West.  If you wish to change your TV package you can call 1-888-667-0641.
If you had internet service with New Media West and are having trouble with your internet you will need to call: 1-888-667-0641, give them your name, address and the MAC-ID number found on your modem and they will reconnect your internet service.
