Brand new TV That was purchased for the clubhouse !!!
Now a couple years ago after this problem, we started to lock front door of clubhouse when Office crew left for the day
This was a simple fix as all residents could enter clubhouse or work out room from rear door
THIS WOULD ONLY ALLOW RESIDENTS WITH KEY TO ENTER IN EVENING HOURS !
First off this was a great idea thrown to the wind !! Many enjoyed the extra secure feeling of using the workout room later in evening knowing not anyone could get in !
First solution should be to lock front door at 5pm
THERE IS NO ARGUMENT ANYONE CAN MAKE TO THIS SOLUTION
It will keep stragglers and non residents from using our clubhouse in late hours and provide extra security to those using facilities at nite.
Also knowing we have a top notch security team here, many still ask the question why are they only here for a short time at nite..They work 6 hours...so if they get here at 6pm they are gone at midnite...If 8pm they are gone at 2pm what about the late night problems after that!!
The solution is they come at 9pm and work till 3pm ...Gives a better scan of late night problems here
NOW FOR ALL THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING THE OTHER WAY AND PRETENDING WE HAVE NOT HAD ISSUES HERE THE LAST 6 MONTHS IS KIDDING THEMSELVES
THEFTS OF BIKES, THEFTS OF TV , DRUG AND GUN DEALERS,DRUNKS BREAKING AND ENTERING
Some ask are you badgering the board too much ??
NOOOOO These topics should have been brought up at meetings and discussed with residents
This Board is falling into the step of old board...SECRETS !!
Our Board must realize soon they are volunteers to help with a voice in the community...not act like everything here is a James Bond Secret kept from us
This also includes the final word on Janet Frintners lawsuit..Why so secretive...we ALL OWN HERE And are entitled to know what is going on with our investments at all times.
So I am not here to continually beat board up...for the 1ST 5 MONTHS it was all positive..
Then Summer Came and everything went down the tubes...REASON..Those board members that promised at election to walk grounds , have open door policy Etc Etc were all full of Bull S**T
If you want to be on Board act like you care...Many letters next week on the amount of patios that look like hell!! We have watched one board member walk past this messs every day with out stopping or caring....Another one of those full time residents on board that went into hiding over the summer.
Is someone on Board gonna step up and address these issues before the residents take things into their own hands??
I HAVE BEEN SWAMPED...YES SWAMPED WITH EMAILS OF THOSE LOOKING TO JOIN THE GROUP WANTING TO TAKE THESE ISSUES HIGHER
I SAY WE POLICE OUR OWN AND START GETTING SOME RESULTS..OTHERWISE THE DIVIDE HERE WILL CONTINUE
AND TO THOSE WHO SAY WE INSITE ?? I HAVE 80 POSITIVE EMAILS FOR WEBSITE FOR EVERY ONE THAT DOES NOT AGREE...ACTUALLY LAST 7 DAYS I HAD 63 PRO WEBSITE AND 3 NOT PRO WEBSITE ?? SPEAKS FOR ITSELF
