AND THE BOARD BROKE ITS OWN RULE OF NO VENDORS OR WORKERS HERE ON WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY..YES WE KNOW IT WAS NEEDED..BUT RULES ARE RULES ??
What happened to all the posted letters about this being a smooth transition??? You all know we were fed the kool aid again
The thing that has most residents upset is....FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS
Many residents asked at every meeting, over a 100 residents had consistently asked when cable contract is up
THE PROBLEM IS HOW COME NO RESEARCH WAS DONE ON CABLE COMPANIES TO THAT POINT WHEN WE KNEW OUR COMPANY WAS ENDING IN A YEAR..NOW THEY ENDED IN A SHORTER PERIOD.
.BUT NO BOARD MEMBER TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK AND GET THE BALL ROLLING
MANY I HAVE SPOKE WITH HERE WANT COX.......WILL THIS EVER GET A VOTE ??
Maybe we start making sure Board members are educated..not just volunteers with friends voting
OUR NEW BOARD HAS SHOWN A VERY BIG LAPSE IN JUDGEMENT OVER THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS FROM THE CABLE DEBACLE TO THE ALLEGED HEROIN DEALING RESIDENTS WE WERE FORCED TO LIVE WITH EARLIER IN SUMMER
IF YOU RECALL THESE RENTERS WERE CHARGED ALLEGEDLY ON A LATER DATE IN A DRUG AND GUN RING, OF WHICH OPERATED OUT OF ANASAZI DURING THE SUMMER,
WE HAD UNDERCOVER OFFICERS WATCHING HERE FOR WEEKS, WHILE RESIDENTS LIVED IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS
The month before we had drunken residents break into another residents home while sleeping
NONE OF THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP AT MEETING YET WHY ??
COME ON BOARD YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO STEP UP...LETS START WITH A BIG PUSH ON SHORT TERM RENTERS
A LARGE GROUP OF RESIDENTS IS DRAWING UP A SOLUTION ON THIS ISSUE FOR YOU TO REVIEW..CURIOUS TO SEE IF INPUT FROM COMMUNITY WILL BE READ OR IMPLEMENTED
