UPDATE THIS MORNING AT 7AM...Many many patios flooded here and already many asking office to pay for an act of mother nature....More foolishness here
We have warned on 3 occasions this year about patios being able to drain !! Now the flooding and no one knows why??....Maybe a Board member to walk grounds like I did this morning ??

Around 8:00pm last nite Anasazi was pelted with very heavy rain and thunder..The temp dropped about 18 degrees in an hour to a brisk 82 degree's Streets around Anasazi flooded for a while and some patios had water. Many trees down,
Airport closed for over 2 hours.... another Anasazi resident pelted with hail on her drive into Anasazi..I-10 Closed completely in this yet another monster monsoon storm to hit us this season
If you are a Winter resident or away owner, You may want to have someone check patio's to make sure drain holes are open, A couple residents last nite had some water seep in patio doors..Just a heads up to avoid future problems during this unpredictable monsoon season
The wild lighting show and cool temps made it a great evening to watch the storm, In 11 years here we never had water or even a raindrop on patio..last night we had enough to bring out mop!
