Dog Poop !! Also (Renter Who will not abide)

Well it seems to be a post that seems to repeated over and over....My wife and I are  also pet owners and have a dog, Now there is always some discussion here about the weight of dogs or the limit you may have...

Well we know this is a issue that can never be solved as there are to many pets here and no one will be able to say anything about it as any new rule would not apply to dogs here before (Grandfather Clause) But it is a issue when we have folks leaving poop everywhere and can understand why folks get frustrated here about pets/


BUT I understand the problem with the small amount of folks here who do not clean up after there pet....And I say a small group as most here are very good at taking care of business

Lets be honest ..Its summer and no one wants to step in poop or smell it when its 110 degrees here !!

Now we have a renter here who WILL NOT PICK UP AFTER HER DOG...PERIOD

This last 3 days we have watched her dog poop all around pool 3 and 1...Twice this week we watched from patio as 2 different folks approached her in the morning and said are you going to pick up after your dog...she shrugged both off........

This morning as I watched her again about 6:30 am again it pooped in front of out neighbors patio and off she went again...I asked her if she was going to pick it up and she gave me a dirty look and went to her unit


NOW THIS IS THE SAME RENTERS.......Who were putting cigarettes out all over patio wall and destroying it....Office was notified by many and letters sent to owner ?? ...NEXT WEEK these same renters brought this dog into pool for a swim at pool 3. and again letters sent to owner ??? ..

Now for the last 2 weeks we have watched her let her dog poop over 9 times and leave it, this was just in the view we could see

TIME FOR OWNERS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE TENANTS

THEY LIVE IN BUILD 2 #111   

I have notified office on each of these occasions and will be sending off another today about this unit and the renters dog

I realize that its one thing when its a owner

 BUT THIS IS ANOTHER INSTANCE OF WHERE WE DO NOT NEED PEOPLE HERE THAT ABUSE OUR PROPERTY AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN EVER APPROACHED  

WAYNE THIS ONE FALLS ON YOU AND OFFICE TO GET SETTLED..HOW MANY LETTERS TO ONE UNIT BEFORE THERE IS REAL ACTION TAKEN HERE ??
You have done a great job in dealing with these issues in past..These folks need a wake up call please

HOW ABOUT OUR BOARD...ANY ONE WANT TO RESPOND ON THE BYLAWS HERE WITH UNRULY RENTERS....   YOU ALL READ THIS BLOG..WHO WANTS TO STAND UP AND ANSWER ??
