I just report it....I did not schedule job !! lol
But understand that it is a problem with 1 days notice to find a place for pets for those of us who work, or those that are elderly having to find a cool place for the 3+ hours we will have no air conditioning....
These are issues that need to be checked in off season......If you remember no one knew our heat was not working correct 2 winters ago and boilers had to be replaced
So to all that have sent letters here in complaint, I would contact office...to those who said they will not turn air off...NOT DOING SO WILL DAMAGE YOUR UNIT
THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED SO COOPERATION IS KEY TO AVOID HAVING AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS IN FUTURE
I also have had to pay someone to watch my pets on Friday so understand the short notice given
But if it is only 3 hours that's ok.
.An email from another resident states... The City states that Anasazi would have to put folks up in a hotel if Air is off for a prolonged period.. ???????
