I found the renovation of the gym to be quite disappointing. There is a terrible echo in that room since the renovation. As well, the floor is hard as a rock and the puzzle-like rubberized mat laid down on the floor I can't imagine will last long.  

I hope the HOA did not spend too much money for this renovation......Kelly J. McKibbin
