Now as for these renters who continue to ruin our property.
They would not come out of unit as Wayne was there taking pictures of the damage, a resident stated he said the pavers had to be replaced,the grass was burnt, the oil on the wall was going to be an issue to fix, and propane tanks on patio.
Also was told another unit a couple doors down which is filled with a ton of junk was also the focus..
Appreciate the quick response Wayne and Sharon..
Just hoping something is done by board? Soooon !
Same renters who died cigs out on wall, Wayne had Pete come take pictures a couple months ago, they bring dog to pool...etc etc
Now the question is
This couple has done this turkey boil on Thanksgiving, Xmas and new years and it took us again to report,Over 30 days it has been out there !!
I cant tell you how many times I have seen 3 board members look at these patios ..NOTHING DONE?? And the committee that is supposed check patios has never had a meeting in the year its been together ...YET The social committee meets often??
PRIORITIES??
iNSTEAD OF THE BOARD PUTTING ALL THEIR FRIENDS ON COMMITTEES AFTER LAST ELECTION..MAYBE ITS TIME TO PUT SOME FOLKS ON THERE THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND WALK THE GROUNDS.......
