Michael Sansone M.L ... You are right I have supported him. And stated regularly he was limited in his duties due to the board. But this incident last week with the car was him and I One on One. And I quote him... "Saying how long have we known each other Mike?. I will take care of this". Explained what he was going to do. And reneged on his word..... Best part was three other people were there to hear his promise. So he can't change the story

Many complaining about the grass outside their units. If you're not in building_ 12; 14 ;15 you're out of luck.. here is my view of clover for the last 7 months..... Have a picture to share?..

Air bnb is Ruining Communities ..

MANY here renter their properties thru AIR BnB..Stories of these renters in every city as of late..Wonder why we have no clue who rents here anymore! ********************************************************************************

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (KDVR) -- A group rented out a Broomfield house for a week through Airbnb and when they came back after a night out, they found all their valuables were stolen.

Thousands of dollars worth of belongings were taken -- but that not the worst of it.

The group said they found pipes, needles and vials in a room inside the house. Records show this particular address has some history.

"I thought I was in a nightmare," guest Marissa Fox said. "We first noticed it with the phone chargers. We went into our bags and we realized our valuables were gone."

What Fox and her friends found inside a room is what has everyone in shock.

"There was like a bunch of needles, and then they had this little tray thing, and I don't know if they were like snorting stuff too, but they had like cards on it and it looked like residue of stuff," Fox said.

"The cops arrived and they said that they were surprised that Airbnb let us rent from them because it was a known crack house in town."

Records show dozens of incidents at the house, including sexual assault, drugs and drug equipment.

"It was very traumatizing," Fox said.

Wonder why so much riff raff here as of late, dog poo on every lawn, thefts ?? We have many here renting less than the 30 day minimum.. Some as low as $43.00 a night..1 day minimum ??

cheaper than a crack hotel ??

Here are just a few listing here..Our Board ignores this problem as many of them own units or friends who own & that rent short term..All about the $$$$

Kimberly Adam Yes and there is right now a suspicious guy standing at the front gate, looks to be druggy or homeless, shirt open chest bared, looking around at the gates. Anddddd a car parked sideways in a parking spot at the right after the entrance with someone sitting in the car. Very suspicious.

Kimberly Adam He watched me drive in the n entered on foot and looked in...maybe to see if someone is watching him. He was standing at the gate phones leaning against it. Geesh!!! Nobody to call!

Wasn't sure so I thought I would check with you but had a couple in the pool last night after midnight screwing in the pool glass bottles ,glasses ,loud ,so I called security at 12:56 am and they informed me / you stated the pools are now open 24 hours????? . Denise Knope ah ya where is this new rule posted...as far as I new it closed at 10. If it is open early I sure would like to know due to my work schedule. a neighbor mentioned to me that she has noticed a lot of strangers. She told Wayne and his response was , to tell security or approach her self. She and I agree was unsettled when he said approach yourself.

Michael Sansone Sad they decrease the budget here of our Phoenix police security, to Craigslist guards. the winter crew that controls the boards keeps in increasing their budgets to pay for parties in the winter. No parties this summer ..$306 a month *HOA... 604 units ...lot of money being manipulated here

Michael Sansone Have to stick up for Wayne here. If the board would let him do his job it would be done well he has grown into the position. He just has a board that's a pain in the ass and doesn't understand the workings here cuz they don't live here. This new board member Yvonne is in the office about 8 hours a day being a pain in the ass. The kind of board member no property manager wants to deal with
