TUES., FEB. 3RD THROUGH
THURS., FEB. 5TH, 2015
FINAL TESTING OF THE MANDATORY
FIRE ALARM DEVICES WILL BE PERFORMED
IN BUILDINGS 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6

FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. EACH DAY
WE WILL NEED TO ENTER
YOUR CONDO UNIT ON THIS DAY.
ALARMS WILL SOUND FOR ABOUT AN HOUR IN EACH BUILDING DURING TESTING
Sierra Fire will be performing the final testing along with the Phoenix Fire Dept. They will start at building 2 on the ground floor at 8:00 a.m. and work their way up to the 4th floor, then move on to building 3, then 4, then 5 and 6. They anticipate completing 2 buildings a day. They will need to enter into your unit to verify the fire alarm device is working properly. This will only take about 10 to 15 minutes unless there is an issue with the alarm not functioning correctly.
In the event no one is home to provide access into your unit on the day they are testing in your building, we will use the key we have on file for emergencies to enter and test the devices. Please be reminded this is a mandatory fire alarm compliance required by the City of Phoenix Fire Dept.
