Well we had stated that there was some news that needed all residents attention,Well there is more than one subject that needs to be addressed, so over the next couple days we will open this discussion for a few things that need to be addressed
The first thing that has come to light around here the last few weeks is that a group of residents are banding together and trying to push for PRIVATE MANAGEMENT here at Anasazi AND that they want to put a renter that lives in building 11 as a private manager..
We must get together and stop this action from even becoming a discussion or a reality In the last year Anasazi has made some major improvements here and brought the property back to the luster of days gone by,Wayne and office after getting green light finally have been given the money to do those improvements here that were needed.
I believe Wayne and crew have done a remarkable job this last year and any discussion to replace him should be shelved. We are on a forward move here at Anasazi and in order for it to continue we have to make sure there is no disruption in the progress.
We have heard that this gentleman in building 9 has already approached workers here telling them that he will keep all of them employed when he is hired in February ? First off he is a renter and is not qualified to run any property let alone this massive property, The other talk is about keeping AAM ...
BUT Hiring this guy as private Manager ?????
Now whether you agree with this blog or not in the past, This is a subject that needs to be addressed
by all
For the first few years here I was hard on Wayne along with many, But in hindsight we also did not have all the facts due to secretive board for too many years I Believe that Wayne has changed the property for the better over the last few years, he also came here with our Reserves at $300,000 and now it is at about a Million,
He has taken MUCH PRIDE in getting Anasazi to the beauty it has today.The last thing needed here is to replace Wayne.He has showed us that he is more than capable of handling this property and I believe he has his heart and soul in it.
He has taken the time to do what is best for Anasazi and believe he should be credited for all the work done here, after new board allowed him to DO HIS JOB.Also hats off to Board this year for wonderful progress since last Feb
So you all need to think about what is proposed here
If you are an owner and have an investment here at Anasazi...This Private Management Idea and The Person they are pushing to run Anasazi is a JOKE...Time for all of us to band together regardless of past political views here and KEEP ANASAZI ON TRACK....
