I guess Blowing Rock, scratching people's cars.peeing in public etc etc.... is the new normal here.This morning your illegal landscaper had the balls to wave at me with shovel ??  and make noise under my unit at 6:50am  ...   My actions will speak louder than my words.  Legal !

Kimberly Adam We do pay high HOA, and I would like to know why its so much higher than a real luxury property with an on-site chef, movie theatres and sports lounge...in Scottsdale. When we first purchased here, I accepted the high HOA, but the property has gone down hill drastically in just 3 months. The grass and landscaping are embarrassing. We expected to see a more updated clubhouse remodel too. Everything is still dated like its the 90s. Makes me sad. I dont want to move again, but Im afraid we will due to the appearance of the property and surrounding areas. I just dont get why our lawn cant look like the rest of the neighborhood communities green lawns do. Grass is grass, feed it, water it, mow it, replace it if dead, seed it...not Rocket Science.
