Yes many of the plates on speeding cars are out of state and in reality have noticed mainly woman
Many Canada and Minnesota plates seem to be the biggest speeders in last month
We have elderly here, many folks with grandchildren also on property
Lets not wait for a accident to solve a problem that can be remedied for very low cost with a great return
I will attend next board meeting and push for speed bump at sidewalk of build 5 elevator.Last year we borrowed a speed gun and had people going up to 34 mph........
Now we also have many with AZ Plates speeding also and have been habitual speeders with many complaints, so this is not only a winter problem its a year round issue. Just more traffic in winter increases the problem
There is a very simple solution and that is a speed bump. If our board cannot realize this I will kindly ask them to sit out side building 5 with me and just watch with us and see if you do not agree
Many of you have also agreed this is a major problem here
