Resident Request

This is a letter sent to us from resident Buff Scott pertaining to cable company, as stated before this site will continue to post comments and emails from residents that sign their name and building number to posts sent here. I also have advised Mr Scott that the new cable company is New Media West........................http://newmediawest.com/nmw-customer. 

But he returned reply showing he is still charged by Ygnition,$21.44 Yet I checked my bill and I get billed by New Media West and my bill is $77.00 ??   

Hoping having an updated board will get us COX as soon as contract expires and that means COX, not anymore deals..We need the real thing here. The past board still believed in snail mail, we need to be up on the times with both cable and internet capabilities here

    Twice within the past few months an additional monthly fee of $3.00, or there about,
 has been added to my usual fee of $21.44. Today my bill notification amounted to $27.34
. I have basic service. Consider this letter a Formal Complaint.

    Your frequent increases translate into one word—greed.
 I am taking this matter up with Anasazi’sBoard of Directors. 
This extra fee is just another way of gouging us,
 as if you have not gouged us enough with your inflated prices.

    I will encourage the Board to look for another Cable Company whose prices are stabilized and within a reasonable price-range when our Contract with you expires. 

    This letter will be posted on Anasazi’s Webpage. Please acknowledge this letter
 by e-mailing me, or writing me at my Postal address above.
