A CLARIFICATION OF MY PREVIOUS POST
I called our cable company, New Media West, this morning and inquired why my
latest bill carried the Ygnition logo. They informed me of a glitch in this month's
mail-out system and assured me the defect has been corrected.
In regards to my letter about another rate increase in cable services,
I e-mailed New Media West <iqbilling@newmediawest.com>
I doubt if it will touch base, but at least we can drop them when our Contract
expires.
