Resident Letter On New Media West

Kathy Eaves kazzzt@icloud.com

2:56 PM (19 hours ago)
to me
Hooray, I'm not the only customer that's having problems with the cable company.  In Sept I had internet issues, again.  One entire weekend it was out among many other hours during the month of Sept.  After the tech coming out twice, he said my modem was bad so I bought a new one from him.  So now my internet is working but I can't download Netflix movies.  I get an error has occurred...  Needless to say I am very  frustrated with this company.  They said they would credit my account for time lost due to no internet service, that has not happened.

I was told BEFORE I purchased my condo that this company's contract would be up in 2015.  I figured I could wait two years.  Now I'm told it will be 2016!!!

In addition, I can't stream anything because the list of providers never includes NMW.

Why are we putting up with such antiquated service for a complex this size?

Locking Pools An Option ??

We have had a few weekends in a row with loud people at pools as late as 3:45am, Ont October 16th security was called at 1:30pm as a group of 5 guys were in Jacuzzi with glass bottles of vodka and peeing on pool deck...Security was called and they were escorted out..That Monday Wayne addressed owner who said we should be gentle that the renter was a well known Baseball player !!!  (Who Cares),

Then this weekend at 1:20 pm on Saturday we had young teenagers in pool at pool 3 and security had to be called to remove, That same night another group in pool 1 were raising a ruckus at 3:48am, A resident called security but no response

Maybe this weeks board meeting should discuss Security locking pools at Midnight till this problem can be addressed properly     Michael Sansone Bldg 5

PHOENIX -- The pro shop employees at Stonecreek Golf Club answer the phone the same way:
"Thank you for calling Stonecreek Golf Club, Paradise Valley's best-kept secret."

It's not hyperbole. The 6,871-yard, par-71 layout, designed by Pete Dye and then redesigned by Arthur Hills, may be the best golf course in the Valley no one talks about.

"It's definitely unique to Arizona," General Manager Kevin Weber said.
Stonecreek Golf Club, located about 15 minutes to the south and west of the Scottsdale golf axis, is not a desert course. And it doesn't have dramatic elevations or picture-postcard par 3s.

What it does promise -- and deliver on -- is a terrific round that will test a golfer's accuracy.

"If you have any issues at all about your short game, they'll come up here," Weber said.

"Those last holes are a beast coming home," Weber said.
Stonecreek Golf Club's prices are reasonable for the considerable quality of the course.

It's piggy bank money compared to some of the green fees charged by north Scottsdale layouts.

Here's the best recommendation I can give: Even with all the high-end courses in the Valley, I'd play Stonecreek Golf Club again in a minute.

Of course, if a lot of people take that advice, it won't be Paradise Valley's best-kept secret anymore.

Thank You

To Our Staff and Board, I have wrote over 15 blogs posts over the last 5 years asking for tree's outside my patio be trimmed,But previous board always had excuses and  they were dead for many years and had many wasps nests along the way. After arriving home to see the finished product I was astounded to see the view I bought here for over 10 years ago..Kudos to Wayne and Staff and Board for finally addressing many issues here. The look outside my patio is like being in a new home. Maggie and I thank you.............. Michael & Margaret Sansone Build 5

Tree Transformation !!

Tree Trimming..Wow What A Difference, As you look at these pictures as they trim more and more ,Its a very different picture at end. This long overdue project is really coming together and making everything here look fresh and new.
This will also stop many of the wasp nests that had found home in the dead branches.

Pictures of different tree changes will be posted here as they are available.

Winter residents will be quite surprised in how the property has progressed since January 2014

Another Residents Letter

Nick Hermann

5:59 PM (14 hours ago)

Hello--

Your recent post about New Media West/Ygnition reminded me that I had meant to ask you to provide a little bit more information on this "agreement" we have with the company. More specifically, why was it signed and when does it end?

Regards,

Nick

Clarification

Buff Scott, Jr.

11:07 AM

Michael, below is a copy of a clarification I posted on Anasazi's Website this
 morning.

ATT: Wayne, Sharon, & Board

A CLARIFICATION OF MY PREVIOUS POST

I called our cable company, New Media West, this morning and inquired why my
latest bill carried the Ygnition logo. They informed me of a glitch in this month's
mail-out system and assured me the defect has been corrected.

In regards to my letter about another rate increase in cable services,
I e-mailed New Media West  <iqbilling@newmediawest.com> a copy.

I doubt if it will touch base, but at least we can drop them when our Contract
 expires.

Resident Request

This is a letter sent to us from resident Buff Scott pertaining to cable company, as stated before this site will continue to post comments and emails from residents that sign their name and building number to posts sent here. I also have advised Mr Scott that the new cable company is New Media West........................http://newmediawest.com/nmw-customer

But he returned reply showing he is still charged by Ygnition,$21.44 Yet I checked my bill and I get billed by New Media West and my bill is $77.00 ??

Hoping having an updated board will get us COX as soon as contract expires and that means COX, not anymore deals..We need the real thing here. The past board still believed in snail mail, we need to be up on the times with both cable and internet capabilities here

Dear Regional Director:

Twice within the past few months an additional monthly fee of $3.00, or there about,
has been added to my usual fee of $21.44. Today my bill notification amounted to $27.34
. I have basic service. Consider this letter a Formal Complaint.

Your frequent increases translate into one word—greed.
I am taking this matter up with Anasazi’sBoard of Directors.
This extra fee is just another way of gouging us,
as if you have not gouged us enough with your inflated prices.

I will encourage the Board to look for another Cable Company whose prices are stabilized and within a reasonable price-range when our Contract with you expires.

This letter will be posted on Anasazi’s Webpage. Please acknowledge this letter
by e-mailing me, or writing me at my Postal address above.

Sincerely,

Buff Scott, Jr.
