1. Our Board is scheduling an election for 2 Board Members to get us to 7 Board Members
This is long overdue and with our new Board members taking things by the reigns it looks like forward is the direction, our Old dormant board kept sidestepping the issue...This is a good movement for all residents .
2. Again Long overdue but in the works is Committees for the property, This is another good move forward, but have to say I believe these committees should be FULL TIME RESIDENTS who are on the property daily, Cant see issues that arise here from 1000 miles away. But yet another good move forward.
This is a positive move by our "New Board Members" getting the old dormant members butts in gear
