Another Late Night Trouble story

Security Called Again   (POOL OPEN AFTER MIDNITE)

Last nite the same RENTER who was arrested here last May, decided last nite they were going to take a naked swim in JACUZZI AFTER STARTING BY YELLING THRU PARKING LOT DRUNK AGAIN AND THEN PROCEED TO JACUZZI WHERE HIS LADY FRIEND STRIPPED TO JUST UNDERWEAR AND NOT TOP, AND HIM IN UNDERWEAR
SECURITY WAS CALLED AND THEY WERE REMOVED
HE LIVES IN BUILD 16 # 206
PAUL JENSEN OUR MOST USELESS BOARD MEMBER WAS THE ONE THAT CHANGED RULES ABOUT POOL HOURS AND HE LIVES RIGHT OUTSIDE THE JACUZZI BUT IS USUALLY IN A ICE CREAM COMA AND DOES NOT HERE THE CONSTANT DISRUPTION HERE AT NIGHT...
These are renters causing these disturbances
More proof the New Board here has no concern for resident safety and it is going to bite them in the ass verrry soon
here is video of last time this renter was arrested for attempting to assault our police security

Lisa Lonchor I don't even know the pool and jacuzzi hours....what are they? I liked it better when we had 24 hour security.

Michael Sansone The pool was locked at midnight for 9 months then the new Board decided it should not be locked at midnight any longer..This after many security complaints of noise between 1am & 4am when security is not here..the hours now are 6am - midnite ..but no one here in late hours when there is a problem

Lisa Lonchor That doesn't make sense at all...... we need some new restricted hours, gates locked, security 24 hours and lastly new board members....doesn't seem these board members are keeping us safe at all.

Police called again

1:30Am and police had to be called to build 5 #104.  The criminal unit again....now we have all documentation needed to prove negligence of our sorry excuse for a Board!..... Paul Jensen I yelled your name loud so i could here the commotion out your back door.Lucky I didn't knock on door and wake you from your ice cream coma..BUT TONIGHT IT HAPPENS I WILL WAKE YOU A 1 AM AND THEN SEE HOW THE CHIPS FALL ..time to finally address this issue or shall we really start the 100 vote count soon to remove u here first????




LISA IN BUILD 5 SENT THIS MESSAGE YESTERDAY

.......owner in unit 208 says:. We just walked past their unit from the pool and they were smoking weed outside. I'm pregnant i DO NOT want to and should not have to smell that bullshit. Something needs to be done!

WHY WE HAVE ALL THESE FOR SALE SIGNS HERE AND NOBODY BUYING ??

PEOPLE NOW KNOW THAT THE CREW THAT HAS MOVED IN HERE IN LAST 5 YEARS HAS HELPED DESTROY ANASAZI.....5 STAR TO 3 START MAYBE

Seniors watching Seniors

If we recall right a few months ago Ray Durney "The Bingo Man" also suggested we start having residents check on other residents here for safety concerns...Good Idea BUT........

It got put to the wayside so we could plan more social activities which turned into a major liability for Homeowners here..Now for starters we have a very old lady here in Build 5 that needs help always, on Saturday night she was yelling for help at 2 am, again my wife went to help this nice woman who has Cancer!...Helped her with Doctors, cable and many other things needed by those who have no one here

So the question is Ray ??  What about putting this in place rather than all the other winter game bullshit here... This is not the Church on the Hill auction you tried to run back home...

THIS IS OUR HOME

Priorities here are very backwards at this time,

Enough of this Bingo,Family Talent shows and garage sales here..Time to start taking care of community ...Not the 60 winter visitors here ..More like the over 500 who are not visitors..

Thanks for The Plug !


You Deserve to know whats going on as a owner !

Had a full time resident stop by on Sunday to let me know that our Treasurer part time resident from Canada  made a comment to board meeting to not read this website as it is all negative

You mean the build 14-15 crowd who claims they don't read and then are all up in arms about what is printed ??  lol  ..Guess they do read !!

Yet this website was what got him involved in wanting to be on board..Not saying he agreed with all here but was a catalyst regardless of what is said, I assure you

Now you find your not Mr Popularity  other than with the winter visitors ..and you want to cry foul
??

Well for starters since the announcement readership has increased 8% ..So thanks for the plug




As far as negative...Not true ..We just print the truth and what homeowners need to know!

And if you want to address me please do it yourself!  I have not lost respect for you , just some of your decisions as of late

 Received a letter from one of your friends defending you... A DRUNK from Michigan who could not afford to live here any longer ? ..Who must have had a straw in booze bottle while writing and made unsavory comments about my wife and father,and how he voted for me previously

but doesn't like me anymore blah blah blah.... But did not take to heart because even you at one time told me he had issues..I hope he gets help soon ....still trying to be a wannabee from 1962

When you won the election from Janet another one of your fans who allegedly was almost physically assaulted by Janet's son for supporting you...lets not start a new trend here..

FOR THE RECORD ..LOL...My wife doesn't read the blog , input anything..

She tells me to quit trying to conform idiots Im wasting my time...She has a circle of friends here she enjoys, but many of our friends are not at Anasazi so Social events do not interest us in the least..

We do not wait for the arrival of winter residents Sorry many full time residents share this sentiment..Not to be rude but we have lives that continue here on a daily basis, we don't anticipate a changing of our schedule just because you are here

When this new board stepped in there was a period of about 4 months in which all articles here where very positive and board supportive.!!

Then our Board started to fall into old ways here and had to be shown that we are on board here to what is not being done..VERY IMPORTANT ISSUES

Lets start with the Slum Lord CANADIAN COUPLE in build 5..... whose rental to a Alleged gun and drug ring here launched a police investigation for over 3 weeks ?

/And had residents avoiding unit and elevator....IN OUR HOME !!

 People from another country affecting our lifestyle...I DO LOOK TO THEIR NEXT VISIT.......

And also to find out this CANADIAN COUPLE  allegedly uses a false holding company as owner of property listed in Tempe with invalid address ?? NO INTEREST FROM BOARD?

Or the series of crimes here from bikes to break in's by renters to other unit ??

OR THE BIGGEST ISSUE HERE PLAGUING FULL TIME RESIDENTS IS...SHORT TERM RENTERS

So when this board starts to discuss real issues here we will give them the praise they so long to hear!

We have yet to hear about any progress on ideas to avoid this happening again

START ADDRESSING THE ISSUES HERE THAT INVOLVE RESIDENT SAFETY


To Mr Treasurer....many of us feel that buyers here from north of the border may not have been able to afford living here if not for the housing crunch as many news articles here have shown.

So your 10% ownership here will not outweigh those who live here full time...

So please dont come to OUR COUNTRY and attempt to make rules for us

Bottom line this is America and you are visitors to our country..ENJOY OUR COUNTRY ..But have some respect when here.

As readership here and on Anasazi talk on Facebook both expand weekly I thank you to those here that have continued to support and continue to read

Popularity Slide

Dana you have become # 1 on the hit list from the full time community,

Many calls and letters to your
ignorance and way you talk to residents since getting elected..One issue was your foul mouth with residents over a ficus tree that needed to be cut down..I have received 6 emails from your building alone about you and they were not fan mail I assure you.

What happened to all those election promises? You were full of sh*t and only wanted a title..WELL YOU HAVE ONE
I just cant print it !!

We never expected anything from Marta...The consensus here is she is useless as a board member from day 1.So no one discusses her other than to make funny comments

Many feel Faye has become the "New Janet"...

Paul Jensen who in reality is a very nice guy YET is 2nd least popular from conversations here in last 6 months.  but not handling board decisions well ..Sad because I helped endorse his run and yet his votes seem to be against those that voted him in...

Paul ! lets go back to thinking about the full time folks here also and not that short term crew you have aligned yourself with.

Many that I argued with early in your bid have now turned to me and said Told You So..

Some say it was  when you decided to sit in President's seat at meetings and act like the run all around here....Faye simply your puppet.       Many feel our checkbook belongs in America after some recent decisions including the over budget every month in area's that could be avoided..Such as Pool 3 leaks costing us money every day ?

As far as This guy Ray, He is a very nice guy also..But he is here 90 days a year and taking on projects that need full time people on, Pavers..which he has taken credit for..But in reality was a full time resident in build 13 to set the record straight...He also has the social committee.... remember he is here 90 days and making all these plans for us ??

YET there was no summer activities planned..July 4th ?? Labor day ?? In the old days we always had a party in clubhouse ...Now What ?

Bob  ??? Come out of the shadows please...You had the most votes of any candidate in over 10 years..But your voice seems lost ??

Russ Harris..He NO LONGER LIVES HERE...His seat is up for election this year...Lets see if they scam and make a 2 month appointment ??

Last years election was a bit off........... and many have come to realize that, Ballots were changed  1 hour before vote and many folks votes were not counted..We allowed Visitors to run our election.

Watch for article on how to remove board with just 100 signatures if things dont improve here in next 5 months at that time we will attempt a vote during summer months , Giving full time residents the quorum 

The Social Committee is nothing more than a front for winter visitors to have our board fill their entertainment calendar...If the "Snow birds want to organize among themselves... fine...BUT

 Don't involve us who do not look for your arrival and sideshow of activities to be blunt

Many here thought when old board was removed there would be great changes??  This has been a disappointing start with new board here, But this time we will not allow it to go on for 8 years

Another Resident Issue

Received a call from a couple in Build 13, They had a problem last weekend with a lady  who was shaking all the door knobs in their building..

THIS GENTLEMAN ANSWERED HIS DOOR WITH HIS GUN ALARMED AT WHO WAS TRYING TO GET INSIDE

He asked her what she was doing ands she replied..SHE was looking for the ROOM SHE RENTED HERE FOR THE NIGHT??

This gentleman tried to call security but number on Anasazi website was incorrect.He then got dressed and walked to gate to find security.

Now the next night this same couple was awakened at 2;30am by rowdy people in pool 3,

He called security.....WHEN SECURITY ARRIVED HE TOLD OWNER POOLS WERE OPEN ALL NIGHT ???  SECURITY WOULD NOT CHECK POOL

Security told owner if it gets louder to call him ??  THEN TOLD OWNER HE COULDN'T CALL BECAUSE SECURITY DID NOT HAVE PHONE THAT NIGHT ????

AGAIN THIS BOARD DECISION IS A VERY UNPOPULAR ONE

If we are not locking pools at midnight, I thought security was supposed pick up these issues

AGAIN ANOTHER POOR CHOICE BY OUR BOARD..

.FAYE AND PAUL ...You made this decision..Are you ready for the Fallout..

We will be publishing board members phone numbers for those late night problem..Call Them ..They made the Rule !

Flooded with Emails

Hello Michael, This is a note from a group of us in Build 13 are also concerned with this latest vote from our Board..I think what needs to be instilled to the winter residents is courtesy is a option they need to explore

We also agree that the problem of late night problems at our pools was handled when they locked pools in June and we have had no subsequent issues, If this was done to allow winter visitors late night swims, we as a full time community should vote against as we are the majority here.


What the winter visitors dont comprehend is we wait all summer to open our doors in the fall to enjoy and they come here and run their AC units while we are in sweatshirts


Maybe if they had their patio doors as we do they would realize the loud talking at jacuzzis at nite and dinner parties at pool disturb many here


We have no issues with winter residents as long as they understand the courtesies here


We also agree that disturbing board members at night when we are disturbed may cause a change of heart here..We also look to next meeting of full time residents..Thank you for taking the time to address these issues

There is only one way to get Cox here...Someone (s) has to get petition going and take it to every resident to be signed,,That is the only way we got pavers-lights & benches at BBQ's.  This BOD is same as all except for BOD that was here when I moved here in 94 that we had for 8 yrs. who listened to residents and acted..I would  like this to be a personal mail FYI and not posted..I am not affected by this debacle as I am lucky to be able to get DirecTV but would sign petition gladly..     Bldg.12
