PAID BOARD MEMBERS ??

It has been brought to our attention that allegedly DANA JONES is being payed $125 a week or month and is paid by the HOA...THIS HAPPENS TO BE AGAINST BY-LAWS AND AZ LAW

So what kind of excuse is our BOARD going to come up with for this major infraction here   

SEE BY- LAW BELOW AND THEN DECIDE IF THIS BOARD HAS OVERSTEPPED ITS LEGAL AUTHORITY AGAIN

RESIDENTS WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING

COULD THIS ACTION COULD RESULT IN HER LOSING HER SEAT ???

On Friday afternoon my wife was stopped by a couple walking the dog, she said this couple was frantic !! She inquired what the problem was...SHE GOT AN EARFUL !

IT SEEMS THAT MANY IN DANA JONES BUILDING ARE NOT ONLY FRUSTRATED BUT
SOME ARE JUST DOWN RIGHT SCARED

Now for starters they say she patrols the halls like a Nazi, has started many arguments with many residents in her building, and the end word from her mouth is always "I'M ON THE BOARD" Keep it up and see what happens ??

Dana I have also received too many emails to count on this very similar behavior others have noticed


THIS COUPLE SAYS THEY HAVE OWNED HERE OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER FELT THIS WAY BEFORE IN COMMUNITY AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN FOR HELP!

THEY PLEADED WITH MY WIFE TO URGE ME TO RUN FOR BOARD  AND STATED MANY FULL TIME RESIDENTS ARE ASKING THE SAME ??   THAT IS A DECISION I AM BALANCING NOW?

OPEN NOTE TO DANA....YOU HAVE LET THIS POWER TRIP GO TO FAR.....LEGAL ACTION AGAINST A BOARD MEMBER WHO LOSES, STATES BOARD MEMBER MUST PAY OWN LEGAL FEE ACCORDING TO NEW AZ STATE LAW......ARE YOU PREPARED TO CONTINUE TO INTIMIDATE FOLKS HERE, HARASSMENT COMPLAINT IS BEING CONSIDERED BY THIS COUPLE, THERE IS A GRIP OF PEOPLE IN YOUR BUILDING READY TO TAKE YOU ON ..ENOUGH OF THE HARD BALL TACTICS !

MANY WITNESSES TO YOUR ACTIONS THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS !!

AND READY TO SPEAK OUT !!

THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT .....DANA AND BOARD

MANY ARE ASKING FOR A PETITION TO REMOVE DANA JONES

" Board of ???? "

Yes that was a quote from a 87 yr old woman who is a long time resident of Anasazi, This during a conversation on New Years Day, Along with some very unkind words about Dana, whom many believe is behind this barking scare  proclaimed by our Board!

Great start to a New Year Here for continuity in the community ??

To bring you up to date a announcement was sent and posted with new fines for those guilty of barking dogs..Now barking dogs are a pain the the butt ......BUT

With all the scandalous activity going on here, DRUG DEALERS, GUN RUNNERS, BREAK INS AND SHORT TERM RENTERS CAUSING HAVOC !!

This was the priority of the BOARD OF DING DONGS HERE???

Full time residents have been asking for help with the above problems since it blew up here with police investigations starting in July 2015

Yet NO DISCUSSION on this matter has been brought forward by this board..I don't think they understand that things have changed here and looking the other way is no solution, or as most Board members ..they will just go home in a couple months and leave us to the nightmare they ignore.

Now much gossip is that Dana is behind the dog fiasco, which threatens owners with fines , misdemeanor charges and after 3 violations ..TAKING THE PET AWAY..

NOW YOU all know why the full time resident group is getting strong, we realize we have been duped and this next election really means nothing..

BUT OUR 2 YEAR PLAN IS IN PLACE !!

NEXT YEAR 2 SEATS OPEN AND FOLLOWING YEAR 4 SEATS OPEN..

IF WE WANT TO TAKE THIS COMMUNITY BACK AND HOPEFULLY BEFORE WE LOSE ANY MORE VALUE ..YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT JOINING THOSE RESIDENTS WHO LOOK TO THE FUTURE OF ANASAZI..

NOT THIS CURRENT GROUP WHO WANTS TO TURN US INTO A MESA SNOWBIRD STOP 

STAY TUNED THINGS ARE JUST HEATING UP HERE !!

THIS BOARD HAS LET THE COMMUNITY DOWN AFTER MUCH ANTICIPATION OF CHANGE HERE

ALL THAT CHANGED WAS WE VOTED IN WINTER PEOPLE WHO HAVE ONLY CATERED TO THEIR OWN, PARTIES , FREE MUSIC, FREE FOOD ??   MOOCHES IS THE ONLY WORD TO DESCRIBE....

5 STAR COMMUNITY ....3 START WINTER RESIDENTS 

AND NOW THEY MAKE A POST THREATENING YOUR PETS

Hello Michael, This is a note from a group of us in Build 13 are also concerned with this latest vote from our Board..I think what needs to be instilled to the winter residents is courtesy is a option they need to explore

We also agree that the problem of late night problems at our pools was handled when they locked pools in June and we have had no subsequent issues, If this was done to allow winter visitors late night swims, we as a full time community should vote against as we are the majority here.

What the winter visitors dont comprehend is we wait all summer to open our doors in the fall to enjoy and they come here and run their AC units while we are in sweatshirts

Maybe if they had their patio doors as we do they would realize the loud talking at jacuzzis at nite and dinner parties at pool disturb many here

We have no issues with winter residents as long as they understand the courtesies here

We also agree that disturbing board members at night when we are disturbed may cause a change of heart here..We also look to next meeting of full time residents..Thank you for taking the time to address these issues

A couple in building 14 have heard a rumor that our board members Dana & Marta are dating, Would this be considered a conflict of interest.. Don't have a issue with that other than the possibility of conflict ? .......... No Name Please

Hello Michael, Just a note to say we are also interested in joining the full timers meeting, As long time full time residents we also agree our board only has sites of coddling winter visitors here.I agree with those who say it's time for the full time community to attend board meetings in a organized fashion.

There is only one way to get Cox here...Someone (s) has to get petition going and take it to every resident to be signed,,That is the only way we got pavers-lights & benches at BBQ's.  This BOD is same as all except for BOD that was here when I moved here in 94 that we had for 8 yrs. who listened to residents and acted..I would  like this to be a personal mail FYI and not posted..I am not affected by this debacle as I am lucky to be able to get DirecTV but would sign petition gladly..     Bldg.12
