You have no idea what each of these newer board members has accomplished in their first year. Just ask the "majority" of "full time" residents and renters alike. And your numbers on the vote count in previous elections are W-A-Y off base and so that is another lie in your journal. Get the facts straight. You are a twisted jealous man.

Anasazi Talk Well You broke the boards rule of silence here ...Must be getting to you...First off I was at a meeting on Thurs nite with over 30 residents and I MUST ASSURE you they also do not feel this is the "Best Board" ever..quite the contrary conversation at meeting..1st off it is true the election results..and also I DID HAVE more votes than you in 1 election than all 3 years you one...You only made board to too some scandalous things that went on hours before election and you were elected with the winter visitor vote ..You have no idea how many brunts of the jokes you are here, now before you start calling people twisted ..make sure they are not capable of twisting you ass in a knot...speaking of twisted your hair is one of those subjects...maybe a hair dresser before out in public ?? What You Got Last Year In Election?

As many of you full time residents know and winter visitors pretend to not know is

In last year's election there was much turmoil and some deceit involved, ballots were changed here multiple times in one day..Yes Have emails between board and Atty stating that..Will be published next week.With Warning from Atty that I could not be denied  to be on ballot

The winter visitors guided by our Board Member Paul Jensen rallied a write in campaign just hours before election meeting.To help improve his stance with the winter crowd he has alligned himself with

ALL 3 WERE VOTED IN WITH BETWEEN 40 - 60 VOTES..Not the voice of a 600 unit community to be honest !!

So they squeezed in Marta Vega  who had 12 votes in previous election ??

She has been totally useless other than to think that boring, faded pictures newsletter is the Wall St Journal ..lol

Then they got Dana Jones who has turned out to be a nightmare for not only residents but possibly the board also, She has become a dictator in her building with her using "her board status" to intimidate residents. And the crusade to have barking dogs removed from owners or ??  Great Pic huh ?

Then The winter crowd found Ray Durney...  Well you can tell how well his expertise has fared here..Almost had us raided by the Feds for Illegal Gaming Bingo here....Neither he or any other Board Member here had the brain to check on laws and legalities before putting it forward



THIS BLOG IS WHAT STOPPED THIS ACTION AND HELPED COMMUNITY NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE TO DEAL WITH, WHICH ALLEGEDLY  COULD HAVE COST US A LARGE FINE JUST FOR STARTERS..

SO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ELECTION AND SEE WHO IS RUNNING AND WHO THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH...FULL TIME ?? PART TIME ??

Yes that was a quote from a 87 yr old woman who is a long time resident of Anasazi, This during a conversation on New Years Day, Along with some very unkind words about Dana, whom many believe is behind this barking scare  proclaimed by our Board!

Great start to a New Year Here for continuity in the community ??

To bring you up to date a announcement was sent and posted with new fines for those guilty of barking dogs..Now barking dogs are a pain the the butt ......BUT

With all the scandalous activity going on here, DRUG DEALERS, GUN RUNNERS, BREAK INS AND SHORT TERM RENTERS CAUSING HAVOC !!

This was the priority of the BOARD OF DING DONGS HERE???

Full time residents have been asking for help with the above problems since it blew up here with police investigations starting in July 2015

Yet NO DISCUSSION on this matter has been brought forward by this board..I don't think they understand that things have changed here and looking the other way is no solution, or as most Board members ..they will just go home in a couple months and leave us to the nightmare they ignore.

Now much gossip is that Dana is behind the dog fiasco, which threatens owners with fines , misdemeanor charges and after 3 violations ..TAKING THE PET AWAY..

NOW YOU all know why the full time resident group is getting strong, we realize we have been duped and this next election really means nothing..

BUT OUR 2 YEAR PLAN IS IN PLACE !!

NEXT YEAR 2 SEATS OPEN AND FOLLOWING YEAR 4 SEATS OPEN..

IF WE WANT TO TAKE THIS COMMUNITY BACK AND HOPEFULLY BEFORE WE LOSE ANY MORE VALUE ..YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT JOINING THOSE RESIDENTS WHO LOOK TO THE FUTURE OF ANASAZI..

NOT THIS CURRENT GROUP WHO WANTS TO TURN US INTO A MESA SNOWBIRD STOP

THIS BOARD HAS LET THE COMMUNITY DOWN AFTER MUCH ANTICIPATION OF CHANGE HERE

Well as you know our board paid for our new board members to attend a school on how to interact with residents

I think we need a refund !

So I ask her if she is here to check on the problem in  building 5 ??

HER RESPONSE WAS-------WHY DONT YOU GET A LIFE !!

She did get a earful back !!!!

JUST CONFIRMS THAT SHE WAS A HORRIBLE PICK THAT WAS VOTED IN BY WINTER RESIDENTS...NO VOTES FROM FULL TIME RESIDENTS !!
