Another Late Night Trouble story
Security Called Again (POOL OPEN AFTER MIDNITE)
Last nite the same RENTER who was arrested here last May, decided last nite they were going to take a naked swim in JACUZZI AFTER STARTING BY YELLING THRU PARKING LOT DRUNK AGAIN AND THEN PROCEED TO JACUZZI WHERE HIS LADY FRIEND STRIPPED TO JUST UNDERWEAR AND NOT TOP, AND HIM IN UNDERWEAR

PAUL JENSEN OUR MOST USELESS BOARD MEMBER WAS THE ONE THAT CHANGED RULES ABOUT POOL HOURS AND HE LIVES RIGHT OUTSIDE THE JACUZZI BUT IS USUALLY IN A ICE CREAM COMA AND DOES NOT HERE THE CONSTANT DISRUPTION HERE AT NIGHT...
These are renters causing these disturbances
More proof the New Board here has no concern for resident safety and it is going to bite them in the ass verrry soon

Friday night fiasco
Friday night Fiasco ??
First off it started with 2 young people in Jacuzzi in pool3 at 3am making all kind of racket !! they got an earful and chased away by me...
Then I hear the ducks who swim in pool every morning at pool 3 about 6am
BUT this morning they sounded frantic!!
I look outside and Paul Jensens wife is in her bathrobe trying to clobber and chase the ducks with the pool net on the Big Stick this at 6am !!............We will call her "The Duck Lady"
She also got some choice words about her being an idiot..
ALSO CALLED ANIMAL CONTROL AND MADE A COMPLAINT ON HER FOR TRYING TO HARM THE ANIMALS...
PAUL KEEP YOUR WIFE IN CHECK..IT IS ILLEGAL TO HURT ANIMALS IN AZ

Yet another problem with 104
Well this afternoon, the people in 104 who caused a disturbance last nite caused more havoc as their 80lb Pitbull got loose causing residents to scramble, grab their dogs etc etc...When will the board seem to handle this ongoing criminal problem ??

Police called again
1:30Am and police had to be called to build 5 #104. The criminal unit again....now we have all documentation needed to prove negligence of our sorry excuse for a Board!..... Paul Jensen I yelled your name loud so i could here the commotion out your back door.Lucky I didn't knock on door and wake you from your ice cream coma..BUT TONIGHT IT HAPPENS I WILL WAKE YOU A 1 AM AND THEN SEE HOW THE CHIPS FALL ..time to finally address this issue or shall we really start the 100 vote count soon to remove u here first????

New Neighbors ??
Last nite around 10 pm wife and I coming home and the drug unit that rents to scumbags on a daily basis here ...yes they rent by the day ! Out of the car comes a , scandalous looking guy who covered his face with towel walking from car with about a 80 lb PITBULL and his girlfriend.
WHAT WAS HE HIDING ?? CRIME PROBLEMS HERE ARE WHAT IS KEEPING SALES DOWN NOT THIS BLOG.... IT REPORTS THE TRUTH AND WE ARE HEADED FOR EVEN A BETTER WAY TO REACH COMMUNITY (NEWSLETTER)
I asked are you coming from somewhere cold? just to get a response
SHE STATED THEY WERE HERE FROM VEGAS FOR COUPLE DAYS AND SAID THEY WERE THE OWNERS COMING HERE TO CLEAN THEIR UNIT!!!!
WELL I KNOW THEY ARE NOT THE OWNERS BECAUSE I MET THE SCUM BAG SCUM LORD FROM CANADA BEFORE
THIS UNIT IS CONSTANTLY BEING RENTED BY THE DAY, WE HAD A COUPLE IN THERE LAST WEEK FOR 2 DAYS ALSO
WAYNE WERE IS YOUR DEAL AS PROPERTY MANAGER ??
