Same Story Same Address


As you all recall this last summer we had quite a problem in Build 5 unit 104, we had a undercover police investigation for over 3 weeks,
  because the Canadian owners who bought units 104 & 107
2 years ago and are listed under a alleged false holding company discovered during investigation, The renters were arrested 1 week later at a local hotel for alleged gun and drug trafficking charges.

Many here complained about the all nite traffic and people coming to unit, yet it was never discussed or a fine levied by board

At that time we asked  Board to look into this problem..

IT WAS NEVER DONE

Many say it is out of spite towards me, but over 12 people in my building have gotten together to discuss this issue that has been shelved by our board!

Now 2 weeks ago we get another couple move in and they are out fixing motorcycles at 2 & 3am 

2 times last week security showed to find out what noise was,He was working on motorcycle and sounding alarm from 1am - 3am??

 Last 2 nites the guy is out running around at 1am no shirt sneaking between builds ??  And looking awful bug eyed..Now security states they have no record in Az, But last week changed their plates from Wisconsin, But we should not have to do background checks on renters!! THIS SHOULD FALL ON OWNERS..WHO THEY ARE RENTING TO ??.

His girlfriend throws bucket of suds and dirt water in grass outside patio, leave buckets in grass for days.Cigarette butts all over BBQ outside htier unit??     GREAT FRIGGIN NEIGHBORS HUH ?.yet no one see's this BOARD MEMBERS ??

Now last nite my wife was walking dog later in eve and the creepy guy in 104 was shining a laser of light as she walked dog...She would not allow me to address this jerkoff...But its getting close......verrrrry close....So we will see how Board and HOA office address

Now this morning I will be calling office to lodge a complaint and then to PD if Necessary

WOULD PREFER to handle my self..But .....Lets see if its done right by board here before that decision... lol

TO OUR BOARD ..ITS TIME TO LOOK INTO THIS RECURRING PROBLEM BEFORE LEGAL ACTION IS THE ONLY OUTLET FOR MANY OF US IN BUILD 5..RESIDENTS ARE ANGERED HERE

PAUL JENSEN.....???  This is in the unit next door to you...Do you have a clue or even care ??

That's what many have asked in our building..I simply told them we do not speak..
Ask him when he comes back to Az

Does our Board even know who owns this unit or had Atty to check and see if the listed holding company is a fraud...
MORE PROBLEMS WITH OUT OF COUNTRY OWNERS !!

WE SPEND MONEY CHECKING EVERYONE ELSE'S BACKGROUNDS? 

These are question people are asking, after so many posts about this unit, if harm occurs to a resident here from this unit..This community will get sued beyond belief..Too much publicity on it and no action to avoid it happening again and again.

LETTERS TO BOARD WERE NEVER ANSWERED !!
