Hello Michael, It seems that what many residents feared here has happened as stated
in your posts over the last year few months about this actual thing happening during the
winter months It is terrible what is happening to our community and our full time board
members seemed to have changed loyalty here.What I find most saddening is wondering why
the winter visitors feel the need to be accepted and cared for by the full time residents.
Insecurity ? when our group travels we don't go door to door in resorts we stay in and look for friends ?
Is this winter group searching for something ?There is no issue with winter residents coming
and enjoying their winter getaways and homes.
But do it in a manner that does not disrupt the daily lives of those who live here full time.
the residents need to get control of this problem before it affects out property values

Just a note to let you know a permit is needed to have live music
outside in Phoenix (See Attached) I live in 14 and not happy about the shenanigans going on either, but as a minority to winter visitors I wait for it to pass.

Radios and Sound Amplification Devices

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any radio, loudspeaker, musical instrument, or other sound producing,sound reproducing, or sound amplification equipment which emits noise that can
be heard from
within closed residential structures located
within 500 feet of the boundary of the property from which such noise emanates.
Public Disturbances
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, or for any person in
possession of property to allow to originate from the property,any noise which disturbs the peace or quiet of any neighborhood if such noise can be heard from within closed residential structures
located within 500 feet
of the boundary of the property
from which such noise emanates.
This
subsection shall not apply to noise produced in the
normal conduct of business

there definitely needs to be term limit to these board members, I say 2 yrs.
the ones we have now get too comfortable doing nothing.
No board member should live here only six months of year.
They need to be full time residents!!! I would like to be invited to these resident meetings if possible.
