Interested in getting in shape for the New Year? Come to the club house on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, from 10 am to noon. We will have a seminar put on by Commercial Fitness Superstore. CFS will be giving away some free fitness items, and everyone that comes out will receive a 20% coupon for any of their valley locations! They will also have Sydney Davis from Fit Four Business there. She will be answering any questions that you have about working out, how to use the equipment correctly, and your diet. There will also be a representative from OneBode. They specialize in healthy products for your body and your home.
