Bats ???

After a neighbor of mine told my wife she was having a bat problem on her patio, and had
much bat droppings on her patio in build 5, as they were speaking Paul the painter showed up and said they always are in 2's of which I was not aware of.

The neighbor unrolled her shade and there was a bat inside and as they looked further there was number 2!  I advised her she should contact Wayne in office about this problem, as he will get it corrected.

Many of us see the bats flying at night here, but this is the first time I have heard there was an issue.

Here are some helpful hints if you are also having this issue

1
Use mothballs. Put a cup of mothballs in the middle of a small square of cheese cloth (about 5"x5"). Tie it to create a sack. Tie the sack to the area where the bats are nesting (while they're gone). The odor will discourage them from nesting there. You might have to do it more than once, however, since bats tend to return to old nesting sites

2.Use aerosol dog or cat repellent. Spray it on the spot where bats hang out, but do it during the day when the bats aren't around
