Well  I received another email from Marta, 2 in 2 days....But just more of the same on how great our board is and how she turned out to be a longshot winner here that helped the community grow .lol

Now here is the point made and this email was it!

For 6 months we have asked our Board about what progress has been made with the problems here in last 6 months and all the criminal behavior that has been swept under the rug

All these board members want you to think they have done great things since election, Well for the 1st couple months I must admit there were some really good changes made here...Then the power hungry mongrols took over..

And it has been reported that a conversation took place amongst Board Members saying we will do nothing for the guy writing the blog to show him ??

First off documentation is being kept and this Board knows I have an inside scoop, so beeee verrry careful before you start to show a consistency of avoiding problem Myself and others have asked.I am just recording all for Atty to look over.

So to the board I say be very careful as you all know I will take to court if continues here..I pay $306 a month and am entitled to same courtesy as any other whether or not you like this website

ALL THIS BOARD HAD TO DO WAS ACKNOWLEDGE THESE ISSUES HERE AND MUCH OF THIS TALK HERE COULD BE ELIMINATED..BUT NO ONE ANSWERED

BUT MARTA CAN SEND 2 EMAILS REPRESENTING THE BOARD WITH NAME CALLING

WHERE IS THE BOARD'S RESPONSE TO EMAILS WE HAVE FLOODED THEM WITH ??

They have proved to be 2 faced and liars  enough said..

$50,000 GIFT ?

I was informed that the $50,000 taken from the reserve fund is being used to pay for the extra fire alarms in the 2 bedroom units here ?/ When this was first discussed it was stated that those 2 bedrooms would bear the cost of second unit...Now our Board and treasurer have decided to gift this money to pay for those extra alarms??

Another decision by Board without a community vote on how to spend our reserves ??

Even Janet & Izzy would have never allowed this nonsense..look what we have become here!

	Beginning on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10 am, Anasazi will begin Bingo in the Lower Clubhouse.  We have been fortunate that local merchants have donated prizes for each of our games.  Therefore, there will be no charge for playing.  Each resident will be entitled to 2 bingo cards for each of the games.  Prizes will be awarded after each game.  Please note that each player must be a resident of Anasazi. Come and have some fun.

Anasazi Talk Well You broke the boards rule of silence here ...Must be getting to you...First off I was at a meeting on Thurs nite with over 30 residents and I MUST ASSURE you they also do not feel this is the "Best Board" ever..quite the contrary conversation at meeting..1st off it is true the election results..and also I DID HAVE more votes than you in 1 election than all 3 years you one...You only made board to too some scandalous things that went on hours before election and you were elected with the winter visitor vote ..You have no idea how many brunts of the jokes you are here, now before you start calling people twisted ..make sure they are not capable of twisting you ass in a knot...speaking of twisted your hair is one of those subjects...maybe a hair dresser before out in public ?? As many of you full time residents know and winter visitors pretend to not know is

In last year's election there was much turmoil and some deceit involved, ballots were changed here multiple times in one day..Yes Have emails between board and Atty stating that..Will be published next week.With Warning from Atty that I could not be denied  to be on ballot

The winter visitors guided by our Board Member Paul Jensen rallied a write in campaign just hours before election meeting.To help improve his stance with the winter crowd he has alligned himself with

ALL 3 WERE VOTED IN WITH BETWEEN 40 - 60 VOTES..Not the voice of a 600 unit community to be honest !!

So they squeezed in Marta Vega  who had 12 votes in previous election ??

She has been totally useless other than to think that boring, faded pictures newsletter is the Wall St Journal ..lol

Then they got Dana Jones who has turned out to be a nightmare for not only residents but possibly the board also, She has become a dictator in her building with her using "her board status" to intimidate residents. And the crusade to have barking dogs removed from owners or ??  Great Pic huh ?

Then The winter crowd found Ray Durney...  Well you can tell how well his expertise has fared here..Almost had us raided by the Feds for Illegal Gaming Bingo here....Neither he or any other Board Member here had the brain to check on laws and legalities before putting it forward



THIS BLOG IS WHAT STOPPED THIS ACTION AND HELPED COMMUNITY NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE TO DEAL WITH, WHICH ALLEGEDLY  COULD HAVE COST US A LARGE FINE JUST FOR STARTERS..

SO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ELECTION AND SEE WHO IS RUNNING AND WHO THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH...FULL TIME ?? PART TIME ??

 JUST ANOTHER BAD BOARD DECISION TO BRINGS FRIENDS ON BOARD HERE TO CHARGE US INFLATED RATES??

Thought this may be of interest.

As you can see, I sent the attached to the entire Board back in June.

Apparently nothing was ever done about it, seeing as

The insurance has just been renewed and there are effectively no changes.

Per Bob P. (as he is on the Board)

Apparently the Board has not even addressed this or anything
to do with the renewal insurance.

They got a bill  for $80,000 and
paid it without presenting it to the Board  -

What it is….

What it covers….

And why…..

???

It certainly appears to be like it was before my getting involved.

And now that the CCR’s no longer make the association responsible for

The insides (additions and alterations)

That alone is good reason to question the values being used.

When I first got involved…

I requested an appraisal. It was done –

It was ordered by an old President – Herb Komnick –
who took the job very seriously!

I do not think it was ever released to the Board seeing as they apparently
refused to pay for it.

As a result they apparently have no idea of what the insurance
values should be.

Even so

That was before the CCR’s got changed.
and

I believe that the CCR’s require an appraisal at least every 3 years.

Wow

What a way to do business.

Good Morning!

Most, if not all of you know three things about me

1.      I am concerned Anasazi homeowner .

2.      I am an owner of an insurance agency in Florida and

3.      I have been on the Board of two Condo associations here in Florida

-        some 20 years for one; 10 years for another.

Being as the handling of Condo insurance is in my blood now for some 40 plus years
I am always concerned at how insurance is handled for anyone that I am associated with
(Anasazi being no exception) - with the desire to make sure they -
(all my friends and associates) are protected properly.

In that regard I have spent some time preparing the attached,

as I believe there could be a problem or problems with the current insurance

carried by Anasazi – especially the property portion and the cost of same.
I ask that you all take the time to review the attached – as expanded as it is.

Yes, it does get involved, but I have no other way to describe this to you

without getting into details.

Please accept this information with an open mind as my goal is to help Anasazi
the best I am able - and that is by using my background -
Insurance as well as many years of Board experience.
