Last week the Full Time Resident group sent emails to our Board to ask  a simple question.

WHO IS PAYING FOR CATERED PARTY ??    $$$$$$$$$$$$

I believe the catered dinner is going to have a charge for each person that wants to go. That would be great!! That way no one has to bring anything.

The proposed catered event on December 18 is still in planning and will be discussed at the OPEN BOARD MEETING on November 19th. All residents including full time residents are invited and encouraged to attend to hear the whole discussion on all matters related to Anasazi. 

I am not sure what part of "still in planning" you are having trouble understanding. At the current time there has not been any request for funding so there is no answer for your question. A decision on that would have to be made at an Open Board Meeting with a majority vote on a motion.

FULL TIME Residents have been asking for a open discussion on the issues here all summer and  

ALL BOARD WANTS TO DISCUSS IS PARTIES !!

we have been asking for these issues to be talked about at meetings for 4 monthS, Our board thinks if we cover the crime here no one will know

WELL 1500 READERS A WEEK HERE KNOW WE HAVE CRIME ISSUES HERE !! TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS IF YOU WANT SUPPORT FROM US WHO LIVE HERE FULL TIME

JUNE 2015 - FLAG FROM CLUBHOUSE STOLEN......NEVER REPLACED OR DISCUSSED

JULY 2015 - ALLEGED DRUG DEALERS AND GUN DEALERS WHO HAD POLICE SURVEILLANCE HERE AT ANASAZI FOR 3 WEEKS...SUSPECTS LATER ARRESTED

AND OWNERS NAMES ARE STILL UNDER A COMPANY THAT CANT BE FOUND...

THESE ARE A CANADIAN COUPLE WHO BOUGHT HERE TO RENT SOLELY SHORT TERM ....NO FINES OR ACTION TAKEN AND AGAIN ...NO DISCUSSION FROM BOARD ?

SEPT 2015 -  RESIDENT IN BLD 4 ASKS FOR HELP AS SHE IS SCARED  SHE HAS DOPE DEALERS AND SHADY RENTERS TO THE POINT SHE IS AFRAID AND SCARED TO LEAVE HER BELONGINGS WHEN SHE LEAVES..NO DISCUSSION

SEPT 2015 - TV STOLEN FROM CLUBHOUSE..NO CLUES.. NO DISCUSSION.. NO TV

NOVEMBER 2015 - TV CONTROLLERS STOLEN IN CLUBHOUSE
