Our opinion is the board made the right decision the last 2 years to heat all pools through April, Many full time and winter residents agreed as in earlier years the Board of the past had only heated pools 4&5 which angered many here since we all pay the same HOA ..The law states all must receive equal amenities
I pushed for and agree with decision by board to heat all pools, many of us swim year round for not only pleasure but also exercise along with the winter residents who come, You need to remember they do pay HOA fee's all year also so believe they should have access to same amenities
Anasazi is a Resort Like Community and should have those options available, the budget has had no issues with pool heatings the last couple years so see no need to think about changing policy in our opinion.We our one of the only communities with 5 beautiful pools with exception of pool 1 not having a heater we still have 4 pools to enjoy year round..Cant ask for much better if you live here ?
