Board Meeting Part 2

One of the biggest issues that were shared was that Wayne on more than one occasion has decided it is his decision what he tells board, when residents address him...A few residents suggested he is removed as manager. Wayne very simply has let his buddy  relationship with Brian go to his head,

Wayne to be blunt you were hired here and explained to us the reason we hired you was you were an Engineer, which has been disproven many months ago. Many of us all have the same thought, you are very unfriendly, Basically your job is a glorified secretary as you do no repairs your self here, You dress to well for anyone who works on the jobs here.

But to say it straight...Your Job   is to please the residents here not make enemies, You work for the community, and many made it clear you need to remember that. .This is not the model manager of a community.Lighten up a bit , smile and wave to residents and tell them the truth, Thats all that we ask..Any concern a resident has that they bring to you and want board notified should be reported to board ...At that point they have to decide on that issue of its importance not your version of important.Thank Goodness You Have Sharon in the office as she is always kind and friendly and that is not easy here.

As far as the 7 person board, Our Board of Directors has slipped in we need 30 days notice to do it, so its to late for this election ???  Funny Timing ??   This is an issue that we must all support in order to start making changes here with this Board of Directors..One new Board member at a time !!

In general many residents are ready for changes here as witnessed from the many who attended and brought info to us here at Anasazi Talk, The residents that live here are aware and its just getting the word to those many who own but never come here or strictly  rent their units. This site is here to continue to keep you abreast on the inside of things going on here, things never printed on discussion board. You dont all have to agree to everything stated here, These are opinions of moderation group. But many agree changes are needed. Thank you for your continued readership

Board Meeting Part 1

Lets start by the meeting being a full house, and many angry residents who all seemed to be on same page, One of the biggest concerns was the board again shying away from answers to a 7 people board>

Janet and Board stated that that cannot happen as no one wants to run for board ???   we have 4 ...YES ...4 residents running now, No reason we cannot go to 7..Our Board was called out on this and side stepped the issue again. Also another group of residents stated that we never elect members here they are always friends of the board who are appointed. We all know this is true !!!

More than a few suggested that our board is replaced along with Wayne.

Our Board had so many residents upset about last by- law passed the board brought a letter from HOA atty which meant nothing. The board knows they are violating federal mandates. Also Executors of our trust here at Anasazi attended along with  an HOA atty in Illinois, He said states may have different laws but this Board of Directors is a debacle and has never seen anything like it in 40 years.

There was much applause when residents asked for board members to be removed.

Janet has lost all respect in the community and it is time for her to step down, along with Faye who was appointed because she was Janets Friend . People have had enough of you 2. Brian there is no reason for you to be on board here period,  You are not a resident period. But there is a target on your back in the community so your time is also limited. Russ Harris was also appointed as a yes man,, 4 months after moving here he was appointed by his friend Robert Burchmore..Funny pattern going on here huh ?

How much of our HOA money are they going to spend to keep people from getting on board here ??/ That is an honest question we all have to ask

Our Family trust also addressed Brian Mcbride and Board live and informed them that they were taking legal action here, After our Board has sent our family 4-5 legal letters over the last 16 months , I think the board got their answer that we are not intimidated by the scandalous things going on here and will fight back.

Also asking that letters be sent to those who have no email, another resident was upset when Janet told them they were working on the Email system here ??  She has said that for 2 years and he called her on it and again she side stepped the issue.

What it comes down to is we have a power hungry board here at Anasazi that needs to be removed and replaced by real residents who have a real concern for acting in all the residents behalf, not a select few

Last nights meeting of angry residents supported this very thought, and many residents are up in arms over the actions of our Board of Directors..and AAM Management...Maybe all members need to be removed..It can be done!!

Watch for Board Meeting Recap on here Saturday

Watch for article on how our Board got their butts kicked by community at Thursday Nights Board meeting, also The legal
action being taken against our Board of Directors by more than one resident , followed by Wayne not doing his job and not reporting instances to board that are important to the community or an issue with cleaning personal and dating ? Janet Frintner claimed last year she was not running again ? Another Lie ?,
7 Board Members in Future ??

STAY TUNED YOU DESERVE TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING IN OUR COMMUNITY

Thank you all for the letters of support, The moderation group will be posting all your comments this upcoming week. Many Many of you have taken the time to support this website and also express your thoughts to the politics happening here at Anasazi. We have appreciated keeping comments civil, Sarcasm is ok ! Its strange who authorized our Board to pay $250 to renew the discussion board after we were told it was only $6.00 a month and no one reads it other than a handful of people,,,We have over 1000 readers a month and its free...!!

Thanks for the Support

Thank you for your support and readership, Last month we had over 1100 visits to this website..The residents are reading with great concern..Thanks and keep up the support

Pool Cleaners ?

Well the question is looming among residents. Where did we get these new pool cleaners?/.. Another measure to save money and lose service ?? For the last 2 years we had the best pool guy, always polite, spent much time on pools and always fixed the furniture daily, Now we have this new crew who spend about 7-8 minutes a pool and never fix pool area. or furniture, wash deck etc ??..The jacuzzi in pool 3 is always cloudy since change and in watching them I do not believe they are doing the same quality of work we had here in the previous years,  Or is this another  AAM company we have contracted ?

Ethics and Aliases

ETHICS ???

Well it makes you wonder that Brian Mcbride has no concerns about pushing for a by law that
violates a federal Mandate, Yes his new by laws may violate a Federal Mandate and yes You all will be paying for legal action, But the question is "Why is Brian Mcbride always talking ethics?? After some searching I have found some information that makes you wonder why?

Why does Brian's Wife  Diane Paulosky (Mcbride) have over  8 aliases for her name ???

Upon research these are the names....Her real name ( I guess) is Diane Marie Paulosky

ALIASES Found..

Diane A Paulosky, Diane Pay Paulosky, Diane P Mcbride, Diane Paulosay, D.M. Paulosky, Dyane M Paulosky, Diane M Mcbride

Will the Real Diane Please stand up !!

According to Superior Court of Az   You were divorced in 1989 and yet you still use your ex husbands name ??  Was this to sell real estate at Anasazi with out people knowing your husband was on board ???  Seems like conflict of interest to me, and yes this is my personal opinion...(See link)

These are the non resident folks we have here on our Board.

Just wonder why a wife does not use her husbands name ?

Brian Mcbride ...If you have a personal vendetta , maybe quit being such a weak individual and stop using our HOA Money to fight your personal battles !!  and discuss the issue with me?   personally ??

This is the federal mandate that Brian and Board may be violating

I was allowed to run last year and after losing by just 13 votes Mcbride came with this new bylaw, The Board was worried people were getting close to breaking this clic of people out. Brian you are a useless board member in my book and I believe you are hurting our HOA with your presence, I think you should be the one to step down and let the "Real Residents govern our community. Not use this as a cash cow for you and your wife..According to Brian these same measures where in place last year when I ran, But someone  and  now we have new bylaws that were set up in 2 weeks and pushed through with doubt on the validity.......We all have been watching this unfold the last few years and many are disgusted by Mcbrides actions..I do not need to be on the board Mr Mcbride to have Anasazi Info made public, This website is covered under 1st amendment law and will not be removed...Unless you want to try and waste more HOA Money. all info here is public record and sole opinions of those commenting.. We are backing a new group of residents who also want many board members removed...Election is coming !!!!
