Whether celebrating with your loved one or with a group of friends, Chef de Cuisine, Roberto Madrid has designed the perfectly tasty evening. Starting Friday, February 10th – 14th, enjoy the four-course prix fixe menu for $60 per person, and explore the South American wine list by adding wine pairings for only $25 per person. On Tuesday, February 14th, choose from the prix fixe menu or customize your dinner by choosing a la carte options from a special Valentine’s Day menu for $75 per person.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a more casual experience in Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Café with a three-course prix fixe menu or create your own romantic dinner from Nellie’s regular menu of a la carte dinner selections. The three-course prix fixe menu for $45 per person will be offered Tuesday, February 14th from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. with the option of wine pairing s for $20 per person.
The Resort’s Rim Lobby Lounge and Hershey’s Sweet Shoppe are making the holiday simple and decadent with a bottle of champagne and rich dessert pairing. The pairing includes one bottle of Charles de Fère Brut Champagne with a Frangelico Ganache Tartlet Heart with fresh raspberries for two for $45 per couple. Available on February 14th only, starting at 4:00 p.m. guests are invited to enjoy with a friend or loved one in the lobby lounge or order it “to-go” from our signature Hershey’s Sweet Shoppe and enjoy in the comfort of their guest room.

The Bakery Café at el Pedregal
The Bakery Café at el Pedregal celebrates the Valentine’s Day holiday on Tuesday, February 14th with four savory desserts to choose from. The Pastry Chef has created treats to serve several as well as bite size options. Dessert selections include:
  • White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake- 9 inch round cheesecake with a strawberry swirl and fresh strawberries
  • Red Velvet Heart Cake- Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese filling and frosting with a Valentine’s Day design on top
  • Valentine’s Day Cupcake- Lemon Raspberry Cupcake with Valentine’s Day Garnish
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries- Long stemmed strawberries dipped in chocolate
The Bakery Café is a casual eatery known for its signature pastries, desserts, sandwiches and salads. The Bakery Café is open seven days a week, for breakfast and lunch and offers indoor and outdoor dining surrounded by enticing art galleries, boutiques and live entertainment.

Valentine’s Day at Hotel Valley Ho
Hotel Valley Ho has some swell offerings this Valentine’s Day — dinner at ZuZu, the Romance Package, splendid spa specials, and a variety of rooms and suites suited to sweethearts.
ZuZu will be featuring drink specials and an a-la-carte, three-course menu created just for the evening, along with its regular dinner menu. For an in-room treat, overnight guests can order amenities like chocolate-covered strawberries, Champagne, and handcrafted truffles.

Romantic Valentine’s Day Dining – Tuesday, February 14
“Seductive Sustainable Seafood” at The Grill at the TPC:
Three Courses – $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity
Seafood lovers will take a walk on the romantic side with this three course meal. For the first course, choose between sautéed calamari with roasted garlic and herbs in tomato broth and a mixed green salad with beets, heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese and jumbo lump crab meat in honey balsamic vinaigrette. Continue this culinary adventure with a choice of pan-teased striped bass and braised pork belly over wilted bok choy and wild mushrooms, prosciutto wrapped filet mignon or pan-seared chicken breast. Finally, indulge the senses with a Strawberry Chocolate Inseparable Sphere or Strawberry Chocolate Mousse.

Set the mood for love while sipping a Valentine Squeeze made with citron vodka, Chambord, muddled raspberries served in a martini glass with rose petal garnish ($13).
“Caliente Cupid” at La Hacienda:
Three Courses – $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity
Find Latin love this Valentine’s Day at La Hacienda by Richard Sandoval. For the first course, choose between Quesadillas de Panza de Puerco, made with pork belly, tomatillo salsa and grilled pineapple, Flautas de Cangrejo, a crispy corn tortilla filled with jumbo lump crab meat, sweet corn puree and salsa cruda or Tamales de Confit de Pato, corn masa with duck confit, pistachio mole wrapped in a banana leaf served with green apple pomegranate salad. Next, nibble on Filete a la Parilla (grilled coriander beef tenderloin served with menonita cheese and shrimp enchiladas topped with tortilla cream and Oaxacan chile salsa), Camarones en crema de chile arbol (pan roasted shrimp in a creamy chile de arbol sauce with a crab and bacon gordita) or Pollo en mole de Chocolate (pan roasted all natural chicken breast with plantains, creamy poblano rice, chocolate mole and toasted sesame seeds). Finish off the evening with Amor and More, made with strawberry marinated tequila lime zest in an almond shell with chocolate custard. As an added treat, “El Amor Ambassador” will be offering a complimentary rose to each senorita dining at the restaurant.
Featured Cocktails at La Hacienda:
Besos y Bubbles Margarita, crafted with El Tesoro blanco tequila, muddled strawberries and limes, Chambord and champagne ($14) and the Romance Margarita, using exclusive Milagro resposado tequila, Cointreau, lime and citrus ($21). For those looking for something special, try the Corazon flight, with a shot of Corazon blanco, repo and anejo ($13) or the His & Hers Tequila, featuring the limited Milagro Romance Tequila bottle, shots of his (anejo) and hers (repo) served tableside in a take home La Hacienda shot glass ($50).
“Plated Passion” at BOURBON STEAK:
Four Courses – $195 per couple, plus tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairing available for $41 per person.
The four-course menu begins with traditional caviar service followed by an heirloom tomato tasting with arugula, mozzarella and aged balsamic. Next, excite the palate with a savory, butter poached bone-in rib-eye served with black truffle potato gratin, bacon wrapped asparagus and lobster béarnaise. Finally, end the evening on a lusciously sweet note with red velvet vacherin accompanied by lemon verbena cream and coconut sorbet.
Featured Cocktails:
The Baiser (“to kiss”) is made with Hendricks Gin, elderflower syrup, rose nectar and Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé served up with candied rose petals. Cupid’s Cocktail is made with Goldenbarr chocolate vodka, brown crème de cacao and Lindemans Lambic Framboise, served up with a white chocolate-covered rose petal. Both featured cocktails are $14.
“Love Construction” at LV Bistro
Four Courses – $50 per person. Includes complimentary flute of sparkling wine.
Start the evening with brown butter risotto and a salad construction of the guest’s choice. For the entrée, choice of either roasted salmon or grilled beef filet and lobster tail with Yukon potato croquette. For dessert, finish with Godiva white chocolate chip bread pudding and double ganache ice cream.
“Goodnight Kiss” at Stone Rose Lounge:
End the evening snuggled by the fire pits at Stone Rose Lounge and steal a kiss underneath the Sonoran night sky. Indulge in a specialty dessert perfect for two, such as his and hers long stem chocolate-dipped strawberries ($6), double dipped chocolate biscotti with sugar rose petals ($6) or a trio of champagne sabayon, dark chocolate almond and candied oranges ($8).
Featured Cocktails at Stone Rose Lounge:
The Sweet Tart, made with Stoli raspberry vodka, simple syrup, champagne, fresh lemon juice and strawberry jam, the Candy Heart made with chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, vodka, strawberry puree, and Love Potion #9, a concoction of Stoli vanilla, watermelon pucker, and cranberry and pineapple juices topped with champagne are the perfect way to end a romantic evening. $12 each.

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz of Sassi Prosecco
1 ½ oz Pomegranate Liqueur
Garnish: 4-5 pomegranate seeds
PREPARATION
1. Fill champagne flute 1/3 way with the prosecco and add pomegranate liqueur
2. Garnish with pomegranate seeds
3. Serve
AMORE SMOOCH
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz of Godiva White liqueur
1 oz of Svedka Cherry Vodka
1 oz of Crème de Cacao
PREPARATION:
1. Mix all ingredients in a martini shaker
2. Strain into a stemless martini glass (bottom of the glass filled with crushed ice and 2 fresh rose petals)
3. Garnish with 3 Svedka Cherry infused cherries, half dipped in chocolate
