Great Question to Ponder

Have any of you asked your self......" Why do we have a Board president who does not live here period"?  or Why he wants to be on Board where he doesn't live?  

Good Question 


Attends no events or involved in any things here other than his monthly stop for board meeting.Never walks the grounds etc ..He lives in an HOA Community in Scottsdale

Many years ago when Brian and Wife had units here and lived here there may have been a reason to be on board, Now we all know Diane Paulosky- Mcbride used in her sales pitches here always that her husband was on Board. Since we exposed her tactics here, you don't see her signs every where like the old days. Many residents that used her once have decided to not use her again. My neighbors bought here in 2012 and used Diane, when buying another unit in 2014 they also decided against her for 2nd buy here.For years they used Anasazi as their cash cow

Now for over 2 years Brian Mcbride has not resided here at Anasazi... period,
 he owns 1 unit his Mother lives in

We have started to go in a positive direction here and think it is time this election to remove the last remnant of the old shady board we had here for too long

It is time to continue to move forward and that means residents that live here controlling our money and community.

The New generation of Anasazi Residents  removed Izzy, Robert Burchmore first and Janet last year in a landslide loss

The Residents really spoke out on that election

Bottom Line is Brian Mcbride needs  to resign at end of term or be voted out of office

The residents have banded together the last few years and we have finally got on the start of things long overdue being put into motion. I have spoke with many many of you who also agree its time to lose the last anchor here

Hello enclosed is  bylaw info to remove Brian Mcbride or any other Board member not doing their job. 

Also           Dianne Paulosky owns unit # 236 bldg 9.

Our bylaw that states with 100 votes in the community we can remove a Board Member from Board...Without Reason


100 Votes is all that is needed

(About 7 votes per building)

I am hoping this will be one of discussions at  private resident meeting in July, If we will attempt to seek this

Az Statue on HOA Board Mmebers

 Notwithstanding any provision of the declaration or bylaws to the contrary, the unit owners, by a majority vote of members entitled to vote and voting on the matter at a meeting of the members called pursuant to this section at which a quorum is present, may remove any member of the board of directors with or without cause, other than a member appointed by the declarant. For purposes of calling for removal of a member of the board of directors, other than a member appointed by the declarant, the following apply:
1. In an association with one thousand or fewer members, on receipt of a petition that calls for removal of a member of the board of directors and that is signed by the number of persons who are entitled to cast at least twenty-five per cent of the votes in the association or one hundred votes in the association, whichever is less, the board shall call and provide written notice of a special meeting of the association as prescribed by section 33-1248, subsection B.

This is why we Need to also have a separate election for 2 new board members

Why:  Because election in January with 4 members being up for vote will give Brian Mcbride a free ride and another 3 years of his senseless thinking here and non residency

Brian Mcbride You are on your last leg and many residents agree with this campaign to remove you

 BRIAN....WE DONT NEED A NON RESIDENT ON BOARD HERE..Let alone President 

Also received some papers in email that look like copies  of contracts from AAM office and paid receipts to landscaping company, tree trimming  and cleaning company..

.Dont know how these were acquired but they were delivered by mail and look like a ransom letter so no ones signature shown who sent.....

SOMEONE WENT TO A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE TO SEND THESE TO ME

THEY WILL BE PUBLISHED NEXT WEEK...Seems AAM Owned Companies are costing us a pretty penny

The residents here are taking back their community one step at a time ..And leaving no stones unturned

Letters

NEW LETTERS FROM YOU TAB ON TOP OF WEBSITE

I have talked with New Board members and they are promising changes here,

Anasazi Talk will refrain from political comment for a couple month's to see if these promises are started or  enacted here at Anasazi!  This is in fairness to New Board Members WE ELECTED.

Many of you know the stories that were printed here and on Anasazi living were responsible for getting many of you caught up on things here at Anasazi, Your actions resulted in our change to Board here, We have come a long way and will continue to monitor things here.

We will continue to keep you apprised  of things and work here at Anasazi and also places, events, etc...We are not going anywhere , but just allowing the new board members to showcase what they have for the community..

.Believe me if things go astray  we will be here to inform you all...

Brian and Faye's terms are up this year so if they continue to act in ways of previous actions We will have the opportunity to VOTE them out just like we did Janet Frintner

I was OVER RUN with letters last week and have added a tab on top of website for those letters received, just click on it to see the subjects that you are all concerned with.

Ethics and Aliases

ETHICS ???

Well it makes you wonder that Brian Mcbride has no concerns about pushing for a by law that
violates a federal Mandate, Yes his new by laws may violate a Federal Mandate and yes You all will be paying for legal action, But the question is "Why is Brian Mcbride always talking ethics?? After some searching I have found some information that makes you wonder why?

Why does Brian's Wife  Diane Paulosky (Mcbride) have over  8 aliases for her name ???

Upon research these are the names....Her real name ( I guess) is Diane Marie Paulosky

ALIASES Found..

Diane A Paulosky, Diane Pay Paulosky, Diane P Mcbride, Diane Paulosay, D.M. Paulosky, Dyane M Paulosky, Diane M Mcbride

Will the Real Diane Please stand up !!

According to Superior Court of Az   You were divorced in 1989 and yet you still use your ex husbands name ??  Was this to sell real estate at Anasazi with out people knowing your husband was on board ???  Seems like conflict of interest to me, and yes this is my personal opinion...(See link)


These are the non resident folks we have here on our Board.

  Just wonder why a wife does not use her husbands name ?

Brian Mcbride ...If you have a personal vendetta , maybe quit being such a weak individual and stop using our HOA Money to fight your personal battles !!  and discuss the issue with me?   personally ??

I was allowed to run last year and after losing by just 13 votes Mcbride came with this new bylaw, The Board was worried people were getting close to breaking this clic of people out. Brian you are a useless board member in my book and I believe you are hurting our HOA with your presence, I think you should be the one to step down and let the "Real Residents govern our community.Not use this as a cash cow for you and your wife..According to Brian these same measures where in place last year when I ran, But someone  and  now we have new bylaws that were set up in 2 weeks and pushed through with doubt on the validity.......We all have been watching this unfold the last few years and many are disgusted by Mcbrides actions..I do not need to be on the board Mr Mcbride to have Anasazi Info made public, This website is covered under 1st amendment law and will not be removed...Unless you want to try and waste more HOA Money. all info here is public record and sole opinions of those commenting.. We are backing a new group of residents who also want many board members removed...Election is coming !!!!    


§1681c. Reporting of obsolete information prohibited by Federal Mandate

(a) Prohibited items

Except as authorized under subsection (b) of this section, no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information:
(1) cases1 under title 11 or under the Bankruptcy Act that, from the date of entry of the order for relief or the date of adjudication, as the case may be, antedate the report by more than 10 years.
(2) Suits and judgments which, from date of entry, antedate the report by more than seven years or until the governing statute of limitations has expired, whichever is the longer period.
(3) Paid tax liens which, from date of payment, antedate the report by more than seven years.
(4) Accounts placed for collection or charged to profit and loss which antedate the report by more than seven years.
(5) Records of arrest, indictment, or conviction of crime which, from date of disposition, release, or parole, antedate the report by more than seven years.
(6) Any other adverse item of information which antedates the report by more than seven years


SHAME ON OUR BOARD THINKING THEY ARE BETTER THAN the LAW..BUT HEY !!  THEY ARE SPENDING YOUR HOA  MONEY ........
