Update on Disturbance / Break In

Well after further investigation and talking with other neighbors, It seems the lady that was with the resident/renter?  in Building 16. Actually

 BROKE IN TO A UNIT IN BUILDING 5,

The owner was asleep and heard voices in his condo and woke to find a stranger in HIS CONDO !!

THE LADY ACTUALLY TOOK OFF THE SCREEN TO HIS WINDOW THAT WAS OPEN AND CLIMBED IN !! 

As he walked out of bedroom she was in HIS HOUSE??

Other neighbors in building 5 have also remarked today that the same people are a constant ruckus on patio in evening, My next door neighbor who has lived here 15 years said it an ongoing problem

They live in building 16 and were so wasted they thought building 5 was their building ??    YES Under the influence of ??

Is this  a resident or renter, 
If a renter Was the OWNER NOTIFIED ?/

These 2 people were so wasted they could not walk..she was trying to drag him as he layed flat on sidewalk, hitting him and yelling for over 90 minutes before we had to call security

Breaking into a unit and no one was arrested ???The renter in codo broken into did not want to deal with charges or hassle involved... ....Sure makes folks feel unsafe with these kind of people as residents or renting here...

Too our Board ...Maybe this is a circumstance that should be discussed ...  Renters here that cause this kind of issue needs to be dealt with much more serious than in the past....

This was an issue of someone breaking into a persons house at 1am in the morning ??

I will look to discussion on this issue at next board meeting...Many have remarked the last couple days ....All wondering how Board is going to deal with this very serious breech on Thursday night.A couple older folks in building said they are a bit scared about leaving windows open ??/

We should not have to lock up and close windows on 70 degree night and not enjoy the weather here and worry about a couple nuts breaking in OUR OPEN WINDOWS...??

BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT...WE LOOK TO YOUR RESPONSE ON HOW YOU WILL DEAL WITH THESE KIND OF RENTERS OR DISTURBANCES  ??

TIME TO SET A PRECEDENT ??
