Letters

NEW LETTERS FROM YOU TAB ON TOP OF WEBSITE

I have talked with New Board members and they are promising changes here,

Anasazi Talk will refrain from political comment for a couple month's to see if these promises are started or  enacted here at Anasazi!  This is in fairness to New Board Members WE ELECTED.

Many of you know the stories that were printed here and on Anasazi living were responsible for getting many of you caught up on things here at Anasazi, Your actions resulted in our change to Board here, We have come a long way and will continue to monitor things here.

We will continue to keep you apprised  of things and work here at Anasazi and also places, events, etc...We are not going anywhere , but just allowing the new board members to showcase what they have for the community..

.Believe me if things go astray  we will be here to inform you all...

Brian and Faye's terms are up this year so if they continue to act in ways of previous actions We will have the opportunity to VOTE them out just like we did Janet Frintner

I was OVER RUN with letters last week and have added a tab on top of website for those letters received, just click on it to see the subjects that you are all concerned with.

Your letters and comments are always welcome and thank you for the support

Tarnished ???

Just when we take a few steps forward in the community, we always seem to back peddle in to disaster.

Who ever thought Brian Mcbride should be board president needs to have their head examined !!

1st off he does not live here period !

How do we have a Non Resident Board President and one that has controversy all around his actions here at Anasazi. This just opens the door for more of the same activities here at Anasazi, We still have not heard why Brians Wife uses a different name to sell real estate here at Anasazi.

.Wake up folks Brian lives in a different community and has his nose in our business. Why someone who does not live here want to be Board President?? You answer the question !

It started to look like we were going forward here but... that is a farce !! Until we rid ourselves of these POWER GRABBERS, nothing is going to get better.

I had stated I would refrain from political comment after getting 2 new board members.BUT We have had a sheet pulled over us a bit !!

I will continue to share those opinions here  of the residents that have had enough of old board.

What we should have done was put  Bob Peshek as President he lives here full time so he could start to monitor the day to day activities here at Anasazi

Many things still not looking good here...Do our 2 new board members stand a chance of changing things here ???  With part of old crew on Board    Time will tell ....Stay Tuned....................

BRIAN MCBRIDE MUST BE REMOVED  ..BEFORE WE CAN MOVE FORWARD AGAIN..We need real residents on Board of Directors here...ACTUAL RESIDENTS !!!

You all made sure you voted in last election as you all wanted change, It started with the removal of Janet

.I stopped at the celebration party..it was huge...... But all progress ended with tonight's debacle

DONT STOP NOW FOLKS, MANY OF YOU WILL BE LEAVING SOON AND YOU ARE LEAVING THE HEN HOUSE WIDE OPEN AGAIN !!...Think About It ???

All the campaigning for change and we still have close to same problem...Brian needS to go !

The only good thing was that Paul Jensen was made treasurer...I will sleep better tonight with this choice. He is a master of numbers and he will make sure assets are correct and things are budgeted correctly in future unlike that of past board..Hoping Bob Pescak stands tall also after getting homeowners trust ?

This website will continue to be the inside scoop  .......
Tonight our opinion is  the integrity of Anasazi Was once again Tarnished
and being a 10 year resident here I have seen the change !!

Watch for full meeting recap on Monday.......................Thanks for reading

At the last board meeting an angry resident asked about this and was told the whole system had to be rewired and he asked why this was not done on construction of new call box...Miraculously it has been fixed.and No Rewire...So looking forward to the new board members and being able to get real answers to our problems, not prior boards answers to just get out of meeting.

ENTRY GATE CALL BOX CAN NOW ACCEPT LONG DISTANCE PHONE NUMBERS

The programming at the entry gate call box can now accept long distance phone
numbers. If you have a cell phone number with an area code outside of the local area codes, it can now be programmed into the entry gate directory. Please contact Sharon In Anasazi Office
