Late Night Disturbance

Webb Seller webseller75

to Wayne
Hello Wayne, it is now 4:30 am and the police just left my unit,Security was called at 3:30am and no answer this is the second time this week we have had a problem and no security on property?

At 4am this morning the resident in build 5 # 302 and his girlfriend went into pool at 4am , he could not get in so he broke the gate down by building 2 very intoxicated and entered after much noise we asked them to quiet down and they became very threatening and police were called, many neighbors out at this hour, police went to his door and he would not answer, This is the same neighbor that brings his dog into pool often at night and has had the dog swimming in pool ??.... and also have been chastised for not cleaning up after pet.

This kind of nonsense here must be addressed, property damage incurred here needs to be addressed. This is the 4th incident in 2 weeks with people in pool after 2am and being very loud...How do we address this problem ? Your help is sought, I look to your call today.Michael Sansone build 5

After speaking with Wayne this morning The pool gates were damaged by this resident, and has promised to address this issue with board and police and send proper notice to owner, This kind of behavior needs to be stopped and the thought of dogs swimming in pool is ridicules. The discussion for longer security here needs to be addressed with the number of problems here as of late and security only being here for certain times ..Michael build 5
