New Bylaws ??

Have not had the time to read through new proposed By-Laws our Board is trying to implement, But find it funny that all votes must be in by 11-29-2013 but did not receive till 12-3-2013.Does our opinion really matter or are we gonna have a new set of by-laws passed like the last with an unofficial percentage of resident vote??, The last addition took 3 years of adding votes together.Time to read these new rules with great concern before voting.
