Seems like the new renters in building 5 # 203 have opened a mechanics shop here on the weekends???
They had 3 cars all lined up with hoods open doing repairs, this has been ongoing the last 2 weeks

New Bylaws ??
Have not had the time to read through new proposed By-Laws our Board is trying to implement, But find it funny that all votes must be in by 11-29-2013 but did not receive till 12-3-2013.Does our opinion really matter or are we gonna have a new set of by-laws passed like the last with an unofficial percentage of resident vote??, The last addition took 3 years of adding votes together.Time to read these new rules with great concern before voting. Las Noches de las Luminarias
Each year during the holiday season the Desert Botanical Garden lines the paths of this extraordinary desert garden with thousands of luminarias. Food and beverage are available, live entertainment. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park Holiday Lights
Take a train ride through many festive holiday lights and displays turning the Railroad Park into a winter wonderland. Train and carousel rides are $2 each with children under three riding free with a paying adult. 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. 7301 E. Indian Bend Rd., Scottsdale.

ZooLights at the Phoenix Zoo
Each year the Phoenix Zoo puts up an amazing holiday display of lights. The event is called ZooLights. Because ZooLights happens in the evening, don't expect to see many live animals. This event is about holiday lights, music and lighted animal sculptures. There is an admission charge. Phoenix Zoo.
