Celebration !!!

Congratulations Paul Jensen & Bob Peshek on your Board Election !!!

What a great step forward for our community !!

Janet Frintner Removed From Board

2 years ago when I started the first website Anasazi Living, It's main purpose was to bring to light the actions going on here by our Board of Directors. Many many residents at that time became involved in the community with the stories posted here,Joined resident meetings and night patrols Some of you did not like the website! Cant please everyone. But the bottom line was we had a Board that did not live here, sold real estate etc..Things most HOA Boards refrain from !!  But I feel a bit of better tonight knowing I was a part of the beginning of the present Boards Demise. The information people had on the website led many people to start asking questions......

Well tonights VOTE said it all, The Residents want change and they showed it..

Our EX President was voted out with the least amount of Votes !!

This was an action way over due. Janet was a puppet here on our Board along . The people have spoken Janet,  and now our Board can grow to 7 as needed !!

The next order of business is to remove Brian Mcbride our current cancer  and actually get more of our residents involved in the community rather than options our Board had exercised. Janet even had her boyfriend as the moderator on the Anasazi Discussion Board.. They had it all wrapped up till tonight.

You must remember BRIAN MCBRIDE DOES NOT RESIDE AT ANASAZI PERIOD !

I think Russ Harris should be given a chance, He is a full time resident and has financial knowledge ! To this point he was just someone the board needed to win an election, With Paul and Bob on Board now maybe they can use his talents to strengthen our board..Time will tell .

This website will continue to monitor and provide insight into the community and I thank you all for your support!

More Monday on the people who were angry at the meeting about Board dodging mail in questions and Reserve money and possible future assessments ???

ANASAZI TALK....ALWAYS THE TRUTH SPOKEN HERE

We will continue to post  new places to eat, movies and events..Check us Daily !!
