Some Good Changes

Well must say after Paul Jensen got elected he did start to get things in place here a bit, Some

of the positive changes here since election is the forming of committees of residents, This is something the old board and Janet bucked for years. There are some good residents on these committees who also want changes from the past.  Time to get property back up to par, starting with tree trimming and yes Faye we are hoping you will get this done.Happy that Barb Stein is part of that committee, She is a strong advocate for residents here for a long time.

Another is the finance committee that hopefully start doing a bit more of the bidding process we lacked here for years..and our cleaning contract almost tripling in last 4 years, But this is a group of  residents good with numbers and thats a good thing for us.

Another is the roofs are being done these next couple weeks, This was also prioritized by Paul as it was over due. We are also making progress on fire alarm installs.

You have to remember under Janet we had no automated phone system, gate was local phones only even tho 60% of residents had long distance number, Computer talk was out of the question, We still have a Board member or 2 that we need to lose, But the community has started to work to make sure changes happen here

So there are good changes here happening, But will take a few more quality Board members to keep this going and losing a couple bad ones along the way.

Our Old board members have got a match lit to there butt after seeing the overwhelming vote out of Janet..

I think they know the Residents have sat around long enough and finally people may be held accountable
