2 weeks ago our security noticed a licence plate and saw the man was wanted for Crimes against a Child, Our security followed him to a unit in building 2, They would not answer, a week later we find out the 2 renters also have a warrant for their arrest, That night our security tried to stop this guy and he took of and carjacked another car before being arrested, The 2 renters here were also arrested..WHO IS CHECKING THESE THINGS OUT, AND WHO ARE WE RENTING TO ???
The second incident was the other nite a shooting occurred in building 13 and the resident was found dead, His wife was questioned and released and no further details are available at this time, The wife in this unit was the same lady that threatened a landscape guy with a gun a few months back
I BELIEVE THAT THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE MADE TO RESIDENTS HERE AT ANASAZI..Not to scare but keep us informed

we had a similar issue with board meeting about arrest of another man here and his family was upset no one was notified
