More Canadian Renter Problems Here

Building 5 Unit 303 ...Has had 4 different renters in 4 weeks
1 -couple.. 5 days,
1- couple ..The weekend
2 others for 7 days...
This needs to stop and all full timers need to START REPORTING ..These are more owners from Canada..
Gates open all weekend for anyone to enter property and security guards still driving with girls on cart
WAKE UP FOLKS ..OUR BOARD SUCKS.......

the owner of 303 is Becky Admiraal....Edmonton Canada
(780) 450-4979

Some Build 5 residents /Owners HAVE CALLED AND LET HER KNOW OUR FEELINGS

Resident in 302 build 5 States :
Rosalie Signorelli Ciardullo I have been fairly incapacitated since before Thanksgiving but the office will hear from me loudly and clearly as soon as I can get myself over there! Before hopefully the board is "unsucked" the office staff will do something about the lousy situation regarding renters!
The owner, who is??

Anasazi talk:See above .Becky Admiral...780-450-4979....Edmonton Canada...

Anasazitalk talk: Sadly the office has its hands tied on short-term renters. There are many right now in buildings 12 14 and 15

but all the winter visitors stick together. I need the need the full-timers in those buildings to watch I know for a fact there are many 2-week renters there.

This responsibility falls on the board and they don't want to do anything to the winter visitors because they are the vote to vote them in this year. I
t's a scam the winter visitors make money as they use and ruin our property.

We have 125 lb dog in building 15. 80 lb dog in building 2, and 2 -70 lb dogs and building 5... The rules say 20 lb limit. You going to tell me that none of these board members ever see these dogs.

Just a 5 minute ride from Anasazi

Complaints

Here is minutes from Sept Board Meeting and many have the same concerns!  Cleaning crew sub par ?? Roof Rats and the most important Faye Roberts keeps shelving the solutions or fixes for leaking pipes,,They already put the burden on us a couple years ago

FAYE MUST BE REMOVED

Stack Drains – Options and Solutions- Item tabled per Faye Roberts......AGAIN.....wAITING TILL AFTER ELECTION TO SCREW US AGAIN WITH PLUMBING ISSUES ?

COMMITTEE CHAIR REPORTS : 9/21/2017
Faye Roberts first introduced a nominee for the board to be elected at the Annual Meeting, Dan Underwood. There are 4 spots available.....ETHICS VIOLATION ??  NOMINATING SOMEONE DURING MEETING?

HOMEOWNER OPEN FORUM

 Diana Arnold Bldg 4: What is the policy on expired registrations on vehicles? She sent an email to Wayne and never received a response. When will concrete walkway be power washed or cleaned? 

Homeowner Bldg 6: Said she spoke to a police officer in the community area previously, the officer advised that there is nothing they can do with expired vehicle registration if it is parked, only when driving.

 Margaratte Forks Bldg 4: Are the floors cleaned on a weekly basis? Faye said yes once  a week. Homeowner advised the the floors are nasty and the cleaners do not come once a week. Faye said they will address.

 Louisa Feldman Bldg 11: Elevators floors are not being cleaned well enough.  Do lights get cleaned? Faye advised the board is looking into getting the lights cleaned

Kristy Burke Bldg 15: Problem with rats & has been receiving notes on her door from other homeowners.Whose responsibility is it to take care of the rats if they are going through the walls? Faye advised that Wayne previously mentioned that he is looking into the issue. Homeowner advise is seems to be a structural issue because they have tried everything to prevent the rats.

 Mary Jordon
Bldg 12: She is familiar with the rat issue. She advised there seems to be a bigger issue with that condo building #15, it is by the Embassy Suites & the golf course, and there is also a wash that is never dry. All of these factors play a part in the rat issue. Someone needs to address & fix the problem at large and not just the symptoms.
